Meet Meridian’s Civilian Commander from Steam & Aether

Meridian Miniatures have come out with a quick preview of something new for their world of Steam & Aether; a Civilian Commander.
This is interesting as most of the previous models Meridian have come out with for their weird Napoleonic era game setting have been from the British and Prussian military. The appearance of a Civilian Commander suggests a new element to this game. And of course, no steampunk setting is complete without someone in a massive top hat.
