Renegade Studios and Dire Wolf Digital have announced a new legacy follow-up to their hit card game Clank! A Deck-Building Adventure. Clank! Legacy: Acquisitions Incorporated will see resolute robbers become cautious capitalists in this new game offering announced at PAX Unplugged.

For those unfamiliar to the franchise, Clank! is a deckbuilding game where intrepid adventurers must sneak into an angry dragon's lair and loot the dragon's hoard. Through building your deck, a player will accumulate skill, swords, and boots, all of which can be used to traverse the dungeon, fight monsters and receive your artifact to be declared the Greatest Thief in the Realm!

Developing from this, in Clank! Legacy: Acquisitions Incorporated your brave thief has legitimized their pursuits, and established their own adventuring franchise, seeking only corporate glory and capitalist riches through their business endeavors. The name Acquisitions Incorporated is taken from the podcast of the same name:

Acquisitions Incorporated is the show that kicked off an entire genre based on a simple premise: "Friends having fun playing Dungeons & Dragons". Starting as a simple podcast in 2008, "Acq Inc." has grown into a beloved franchise encompassing sell-out live shows, video game appearances, and weekly streamed spin-off show, Acquisitions Incorporated: The "C" Team.
