Wargames Atlantic are taking pre-orders for a couple of new plastic sets for your 28mm wargames. We start with their Bronze Age Chariots pack which is going to be handy for anyone amassing forces from this period.

Bronze Age Chariots // Wargames Atlantic

This set can be used to represent those nations battling it out during the period from the Mediterranean to Northern Europe. The Chariot acted as a mobile way for you to counter enemy movements and perhaps run down your foes should you get the drop on them.

Bronze Age Chariots - Miniatures // Wargames Atlantic

The set comes with enough miniatures to create three chariots which can be built in two different ways. You can either go enclosed or open-sided. All chariots are pulled by a pair of horses which are another multi-part plastic kit in their own right. You can then add whatever crew you prefer. They could be Bronze Age warriors or perhaps even Fantasy warriors should that take your fancy.

The second plastic set for the Light Horses is also available. They could work for all manner of different time periods as a horse is a horse.

Light Horses // Wargames Atlantic

Simply paint them up in different ways and detail their saddles to match the period you're using them for and away you go. This set comes with eighteen horses so they should be great for building big regiments. I could see these being great for Wild West games where you need a bunch of separate horses to represent your character's mounts when they're fighting in the saloon.
