New Starter Set For Fallout: Factions! Battle For Boston Coming Soon

Modiphius are expanding its options for the Fallout: Factions wargame and introducing a new Starter Set for those wanting to dive into this Post-Apocalyptic skirmish game. The Battle for Boston is now available for you to pre-order.

Battle for Boston introduces your crews of survivors to the ruins of this city, fighting from street to street for control of the different districts. This set comes with everything that you need to play, allowing you to hit the ground running with all of your miniatures, terrain and accessories that you need to enjoy the game.

Inside the set, you'll find a full Rulebook for Fallout: Factions, twelve Institute miniatures and eight Brotherhood of Steel miniatures. The miniatures in the set are proper hard plastic and multi-part kits, so you have plenty of options for building the crew that you'd prefer.

You also have the sheets of punch-out card terrain, a double-sided battle map, all of your tokens, dice and blank crew rosters to get you started. There's even a lovely Fallout tape measure in the set. This current pre-order also comes with the Legend of the Wasteland, Robert MacCready, in high-quality resin as a pre-order bonus.

On one side of the conflict, you have the hard-plastic Institute (who are also available separately if you prefer).

Institute // Fallout: Factions

The Institute set comes with one Courser, two Scientists, two Synth Infiltrators, three Gen 2-Synths and four Gen-1 Synths. Within the world of Fallout, they are an enigma. Are they the synthetic future of humanity or robotic creeps sneaking around in the shadows looking to kill you and replace you whilst you sleep! Take on the role of this organisation in the new Battle for Boston Starter Set.

Brotherhood of Steel // Fallout: Factions

On the Brotherhood of Steel side (again, available separately), you have one Paladin in Power Armour, one Knight in Power Armour, two Field Scribes and four Brotherhood of Steel. Unleash zealous loyalty and unwavering support for the might of the Brotherhood on the battlefield.

Battle for Boston will allow you to get stuck into the game if you'd prefer to go this route rather than battling through Nuka-World. Could this tempt you into the game?
