Atomic Mass Games keep up with the previews for Marvel: Crisis Protocol with a darker twist. Here we have the new 40mm Shadowland Daredevil & Elektra set which also comes with a collection of deadly Hand Ninjas.

This set allows you to play out a particular comic book storyline within the Marvel universe. Daredevil returns to Hell's Kitchen at the head of the Hand Ninja clan but has become more and more brutal in his methods.
After he kills Bullseye, other heroes seek to work out what is wrong with Matt Murdock and why he has changed. Spider-Man, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Moon Knight and more find themselves pitted against Daredevil and his new allies.
This means that you could have some fun with the mix of different heroes and villains in your scenarios on the tabletop. As well as Elektra joining the fray, you've also got the chance to Kingpin and other villains into the mix as they all play a part in this storyline.
This is also the second set to come with a set of "goons" or minions for you to add to your games. A nice thematic set, even if those Hand Ninjas are going to be a pain in the ass to transport I reckon.

Bit of a hard sell to me. the ninja’s are gonna be a hassle to rebase as I want to be able and field them on their own for other games. I would like some hand ninja’s though and MCP is it’s own scale. I don’t really care for this version of daredevil. The one that’s out there is a superior costume and pose and I really don’t need so many variants, but I keep complaining about that… I do like that Elektra sculpt and she needs to be in my collection once I get around to collecting the Daredevil… Read more »
I’d rather have 3 hand than those precarious triplets who look flimsy. Daredevil looks so boring. Elektra pose is good, but that’s going to break so easily.
Still think this game way too expensive, so until they make a new starter box of 10 minis I’ll stick with the one I have.
