Marvel: Crisis Protocol! She-Hulk, Daredevil, Enchantress & More

August 3, 2020 by brennon

Even more Marvel: Crisis Protocol goodness came from Atomic Mass Games over the weekend as they revealed full images for a lot of their new characters who will be releasing throughout the end of 2020 and into 2021. We start with Daredevil and two of his foes...

Daredevil is looking swish here atop this building in Hell's Kitchen NYC. This certainly helps build on the athletic nature of the character but I would be seriously worried about that twisting element to his weapon getting broken somewhere down the line. It looks cool, don't get me wrong, but I fear for that in anything other than the best carry case.

Maybe focusing on bringing Daredevil down and ruining his day, we also have Bullseye here who is dressed in his comic-appropriate outfit. He's no Colin Farrell but he'll do...

He has the sneer on him that we've come to know from the comic books and I like that he is posed as he's singling out one of his enemies to take down. Bullseye has no doubt also been brought into the fray by a benefactor and that could well be Kingpin who was also revealed over the weekend in full.

This miniature is a great representation of Fisk as he's going about his business of crushing all those who oppose him. I always knew him as an enemy of Spider-Man but of course, he has had many a run-in with Daredevil, Luke Cage and the like as well.

The miniature here is actually posed in some of the new terrain coming out from Atomic Mass Games too. Their NYC Construction Site Terrain Pack is also on the cards. You always need more to throw at your enemies!

Marvel's Badass Ladies!

In addition to these fellows from New York, you've also got some support coming in the form of three new female characters too. Leading the way is one of my favourite miniatures from this weekend's previews, She-Hulk.

Ripped and ready to tussle, I would most assuredly add her into my team. With a miniature like this and Hulk who released when the game fired up you have ample opportunity to do some excellent painting thanks to those well-defined muscles. I reckon you could make her look super cool with only a little bit of painting mojo.

We were then greeted by two female characters that I wasn't overly familiar with. The first is Enchantress here who is one of Thor's greatest foes.

As another Asgardian, you can now do quite the villainous team-up with her and both Loki and Hela. Maybe you could even do a little bit of reworking and have her teaming up with her long-time foe Thor in order to combat a deadlier foe like Thanos.

Rounding things off we also have Angela who was created by Neil Gaiman and artist Todd McFarlane for the Marvel universe.

She appeared first in Spawn comics but after being taken over by Gaimen and then introduced into the wider Marvel universe during the Age Of Ultron she is now well-established within the canon. During the original sin storyline, she was then revealed to also be Thor's lost sister!

Unlike many of her Asgardian companions, she is immortal and does not require Golden Apples to sustain her life. This makes her quite the serious threat in the comics and I'm sure on the tabletop.
