The One Ring RPG from Free League Publishing is still pretty fresh on the scene, with more and more people joining the savage adventures stretching from Hobbiton to the Gates of Mordor. If you have made your way through the adventures past the core and starter set, you'd be interested in the new supplement incoming this October.

Ruins Of The Lost Realm - The One Ring RPG

Ruins Of The Lost Realm // The One Ring RPG

Head to the Ruins of the Lost Realm, at the top of the map of Middle-Earth, to the Westlands of Eriador. Once home to races and walks of life within the world, players are invited to explore the region of a realm once bustling with life in the Elder Days.

"In the Westlands of Eriador, between the Misty Mountains and the Mountains of Lune, the Hobbits found both Men and Elves. Indeed, a remnant still dwelt there of the Dunedain, the kings of Men that came over the Sea out of Westernesse; but they were dwindling fast and the lands of their North Kingdom were falling far and wide into waste." - Free League Publishing

The Westlands - Middle-Earth in the Third Age

The Westlands // Middle-Earth in the Third Age

The supplement is set to include three different chapters. The Westlands, coated with trees spanning Fangorn to Mirkwood - home to ents, orcs, men, elves and many a race - plus the home to war and evil! The purpose of the war was intended for the forest, leaving areas of land in ruin with some remaining desolate as time passed.

In chapter one; Fog Over Eriador, players will be taking a look at the different regions that one belonged to in the freezing cold kingdom of Arnor. Focusing on the city of Tharbad, based on the river Greyflood. The Second chapter, A Gathering Storm, will be quite engaging for both players and loremasters, encouraging them all to set fate for Eriador. And the final chapter, Landmarks, will provide twelve different sites of interest, with new places to see! Tying together and visiting several areas of the region throughout.

The supplement is set to head to retail on October 25th. If you and your fellowship are keen on finding some new areas to explore - you can snap up the upcoming Ruins Of The Lost Realm supplement for $39.99 in retail this Autumn.

Seems fitting - to head up north into the cold when the months start to turn here!
