Battle Titans & Steelborn In The Latest Epic Encounters Set

Steamforged Games are taking pre-orders for a new Epic Encounters set that has you facing off against the Steelborn and some towering automatons! Face off against Warforged in a very different style of roleplaying encounter with a new set and boss box!

With this Epic Encounter set, you'll get miniatures and an adventure which has you facing off against these armoured warriors. No one understands who built them or what drives them to keep fighting but you have been sent to discover why, if you're brave enough.

The set comes with everything for a Games Master or Dungeon Master to set up an encounter or two with the Steelborn. You get a ready-to-go 5th Edition compatible adventure which includes fully designed encounters with story hooks and tips. There is also the big battle map and twenty miniatures.

The set features seven unique sculpts amongst the set, which represent some mighty characters amongst the Steelborn. As well as being great for representing your foes during games of 5th Edition, these could also be Warforged player characters once you've done battering them. Maybe your new member of the group could be a Warforged who was rescued from the Steelborn and now fights for you?

This set can then be combined with the big boss box from the Epic Encounters range, which caps off your adventures deep within the Steelborn workshops. Will you have the metal to take on the Realm of the Titan?

This set comes with one colossal Titan miniature that you can use in your games. Perhaps this is the master of the forge or he could be the guardian that they activate when they need to cleanse their abode of interlopers?

I quite like the idea that this Titan might have been a character that you encountered earlier in your adventures. Maybe this was one of the Steelborn that you defeated and his mind was then transferred deeper into the facility. Now housed within this towering Titan, he is looking for some revenge.

If you don't want to make up your own reason for the Titan being there, you can also find a full, ready-to-play encounter included within the set that focuses on the Titan. This could then make for a great miniature for use in your wargames if you were so inclined, a monstrous new addition to a force based on the Steelborn or maybe amongst your Dwarves.
