Bolt Action is a great World War II wargame with simple-to-grasp mechanics. So, it makes sense that it could make the leap to PC and be turned into a digital wargame. We talk about what has been revealed about the new game and whether or not we think it's going to stick the landing. Will it bring more people to the tabletop wargame and into the hobby?
As always, dive into the comments and tell us all your thoughts about the show this week and what we chat about!

They say people who have big horns on their helmet can’t get through the front door.
Very true
I don’t play warhammer 40k, I rarely play video games, Doom on floppy disk remains my highpoint, but I’m going to hands up admit that I had no idea this was coming out and before I had chance to watch the trailer my gut reaction was i will be giving this total war a try. Hooked, line and sinker 🤗
I need to find an excuse to do some FireForge stuff, they do some interesting kits.
Nice one 🙂
Nice show chaps
Y a y it’s weekender time folk’s 👍
Great show guy’s 👍👌
Get well soon, Jerry!
Bad Squiddo stand out this week amazing work from Annie. Definitely gonna read up on these characters and home for some Italians down the line!
Now all we need is resistance babes in Bolt Action digital! 😁
Weekender Time
Interested in seeing more of a BA Game
I am acutely more interested in the Bolt Action electronic game then the announcements of DOW and Total War 40k.
If Bolt Action has a good solo game then I may be interested.
I like the Bolt Action digital game. Allows me to play while avoiding the local players I can’t stand.
That’s the problem with Dolt Action: the players.
It’s always nice to see Shay on a weekender
I’ll will certainly be buying the ‘1918’ core game book. I’ll have to take another look at the minis.
Brb, gotta go print out that sloop!
Looks like they’ve captured the gurning, badly sculpted faces for Dolt Action that Wotjek does – bravo!
No way I would buy this. Perry minis, Chain of Command, would be my choice if I went back to WW2. It’s been a few years.
Dugthefug has a rep. I could have just as easily made dugtheflatulent my user name. Moonstone looks very cool… farting goblins are cool… just can’t start another system and still be married.
Moonstone!
It’s a Weekender full of lovely miniatures. Some lovely kits on show.
Those Space Troopers are totally a Rogue Trader Oldhammer range.
