Freebooter Miniatures has been showing off some of the new models that we have to look forward to as Freebooter's Fate looks ahead to a big 2020. Leading the way we have some new releases for January so meet Cuamitzli.

Cuamitzli - Freebooter Miniatures

As you can see, this lady is one of the Amazonian warriors who is looking to cut her way through all manner of pirates and privateers who want to take her land. I love the design of her headdress and those claws on her fingers look very deadly indeed.

She is joined in January with another character, Drunken Ivar.

Drunken Ivar - Freebooter Miniatures

As you might imagine, this fellow is pretty good at doing two things, drinking and fighting! I always love a good barfight and it's nice to see this bearded piratical fellow getting stuck into the mix. You could imagine him keeping that tankard and beating a few people over the head with it.

February's Miniatures

Beyond January we're looking at two more miniatures for February. Starting things off for next month we have a resculpted version of Cazador here with sword and pistol in hand.

He is also joined by another gunslinger of the piratical type as Le Gauche also finds his way to the docks, ready to set sail and blast someone off the deck of a ship.

I suppose having just one eye means that you don't have to worry too much about closing the other to aim properly. You could imagine that gun having a lot of heft, blasting its way through even the most armoured of foes.

March Kickstarter Plans

Finally, we look ahead to March and another miniature. Finka is the miniature lined-up for this month.

I'm not entirely sure what she is holding there other than perhaps a piece of gold? Finka could well be an explorer, joining different crews in search of gold and other treasures across the world.

Interestingly, March also marks the moment when Freebooter will be working on an English version of the 2nd Edition Rulebook. So, anyone who really wants to get in on this game won't have long to wait.

What do you make of the plan from Freebooter?
