Privateer Press has added the mighty Madrak, The Great Chieftain, to their webstore for the Trollbloods alongside a Command Book allowing you to lead your forces to victory on the battlefield of Hordes.

"Madrak Ironhide has dedicated his life to guiding the United Kriels through a history fraught with suffering and betrayals. Madrak once wielded the cursed axe Rathrok, the World Ender, taken up out of desperation in the hope of using its power to save his people from impending destruction.

Freed from the burden of that ancient weapon, Madrak returned to those loyal to him and has resumed the mantle of leadership, lending his strength to his people and drawing on theirs in return."

This fellow has certainly had quite the upgrade since we last saw him and I think the model is looking rather epic. The stance is cool, basically inviting you to create a diorama where his shield is deflecting arrows and explosives. You can imagine who deadly he is with those spears too!

Additionally, you can also pick up the Command Book as noted above. Both of these releases are available today (7th December).

Inside the book you will find...

• Complete rules and profiles for the courageous warlocks and ferocious warbeasts of the Trollbloods, including two new warlocks and a new gargantuan warbeast.
• Detailed history and background information, including an in-depth look at Trollblood warlocks and warbeasts.

The artwork on the cover is superb and these are a really nice way to bring together a themed force on the battlefield whilst exploring the background of their faction too.
