The Blackhawk Light Assault Walker Strides The Battlefields Of DUST

DUST welcomes another walker to the tabletop for the Allies. This time we have the Blackhawk M1B Light Assault Walk - PIAT to give it it's full title.
So what's the deal with the Blackhawk?
"The Light Assault Walker chassis is one of the most common found in the grand Allied Army. It can be found all over the World, wherever the Allies fight. These vehicles are usually used for reconnaissance mission or flank the enemy while heavier walkers do the heavy lifting.
The M1B “Blackhawk” mounts an impressive weapon system based on the British PIAT (Projector, Infantry, Anti-Tank), but greatly over-sized! The massive explosion blows up armoured vehicles and is devastating to enemy infantry as well. It can only attack at close range but thanks to the walker's speed, it's usually not a big deal."
I really like the design of this walker which has much more of a Sci-Fi feel about it. I think it's due to the way the legs have been designed, removing the chunky style we're used to seeing in favour of something more nimble.
There are two versions of this walker for you to pick up with the Primed and Premium Painted version up for grabs.

love it would make a great imperial enclosed walker.

As a fan of the historical PIAT, I propose a “twang a ruler on the table edge” noise every time it’s fired.
That looks really good.
That was in the 2nd starter box as the allied walker.
Still my favourite Dust Walker model.
It used to be you could only get it in the starter set or premium. It’s one of my favorites and have scrounged and traded to collect four. Might need a few extra.

this is old news… the model was in the 2nd edition box game.its stats were terrible though.
like a 2 squares distance attack, low defense and not really fast.
Maybe they gave a boost in stats ?
We did indeed. Faster, a bit longer range, lots of hits/damages, 7 points, Armor 3, 4HP.
It is a nice medium sized walker.
We used to call IT “Miss piggy”
Tiny high heels, ugly mug, then she give the “hyah!” Karate chop!…yea she was the symbol of frog spouse abuse lol.
Ha ha, never thought of that, maybe I’ll paint my one pink!
It’s a decent unit. Pretty cost effective, fast and packs a mean punch.
