Brother Vinni’s Sci-Fi Hero Certainly Shot First

Brother Vinni has rather blatantly gone for the Star Wars gold with another release this week of their Sci-Fi Hero.
There's enough difference between this fellow and a certain Smuggler for it to not to raise the ire of Fantasy Flight Games I imagine, but as an alternative model to use in your games, I could see him being a winner for a lot of people.
A lot of people aren't big fans of the Fantasy Flight Games version of Han Solo so I could imagine people looking further afield for a different model to represent him, especially in the events before Endor.
With a little bit of a tweak, you could probably make him into a good Mal for use in a Firefly themed game too.
If you're looking for the perfect combination then Brother Vinni also do a Space Princess too.
Just avoid asking her about how awkward it was for her to be kissing her brother...
Are you tempted by these alternative models that exist out there on the market or are you going to stay focused on what releases Fantasy Flight Games throws out onto the tabletop?

Better than either of the FFG sculpts.
They look different but neither sculpt really does Han and Leia justice. Both FFG and Vinni have some good and bad points.
At least Vinni have the excuse they are leaving some ambiguity so an not to get sued 🙂 FFG have the rights to make sculpts that actually look like Han and Leia :p

I like them but, since i have the FFG ones, not going to get them, unless i wan’t an alt look from time to time…
But i really have too much on my plate anyways 😉
I’ll definitely be getting the ” not Han “,i thought the FFG sculpt was a let down.
Base these sculpts on the new FFG legion bases and you can do the perfect infiltrate the deathstar battle 🙂
