CMON has another unit lined up for released quite soon if you're a fan of A Song Of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. This time around it is a band of mercenaries, the Bloody Mummer Zorse Riders.

This is a good option for those who don't want to think about horses or zebra but of course the natural Fantasy middle ground, the Zorse. Anyway, funny name aside, this seems like a good option for those who don't normally have the ability to bring hard-hitting cavalry to the battlefield.

With a morale of 7+ which feeds into their idea that they would rather live to fight another day and their lack of armour at 5+, you're going to need to really pay attention as to when and where you deploy these Zorse Riders to the battlefield.

They make up for their lack of staying power with a hefty seven dice when they are fully ranked up and also their Motley Armaments special rule which allows them to seriously put the hurt on their enemies when they get into their flank or rear.

They can also use their addition ability which you can't quite see on the card above to stop a unit they are engaged with issuing orders or being able to benefit from tactics cards. This could mean that their poor target could end up floundering in the middle of the battlefield as the Zorse Riders cackle and kill.

Are you interested in picking these miniatures up and trying to paint stripey horses?
