We get to see a lot of the Raging Heroes releases in their render form so it's always nice to see the final models getting painted up. So, we asked Raging Heroes to share some images of them doing just that and we're liking the look of things!

Raging Heroes Painting #1 - Raging Heroes

First off...these folks are darn good painters and even during these work-in-progress stages, you can see a lot of talent has gone into these models. One of the things this really does show off is that those renders and stuff we see early on do translate over into the final product, packed with detail and a fantastic blank canvas.

One of the things that we've always said with models that are this detailed is that whilst they might seem daunting, they are actually easier to paint!

Raging Heroes Painting #2 - Raging Heroes

Honestly, you won't believe me but once you've blocked in the colours the use of washes and then a little bit of highlighting will make them pop with very little effort needed. The wash seeps into the gaps between the details and makes them pop very nicely indeed.

One of the other things I like about these models is how they're all pretty much larger than life. They encourage you to go a bit wild with the colours, working on shockingly bright hair and the like.

Raging Heroes Painting #3 - Raging Heroes

Whilst we've seen the team working on the painting of plenty of models they also sent over a shot of some of their newer models 'in the flesh' so to speak, the Furianns...

...and the Adjudicators & Beheaders. I think you'll agree that they do look pretty awesome. I know a lot of people have been talking about using the Furianns in particular as alternatives for the Untamed Beasts in Warcry.

Beheaders & Adjudicators - Raging Heroes

On the other side of things, you could then use the Adjudicators & Beheaders as alternative Stormcast Eternals, replacing the traditional Decimantors and Retributors. However you choose to use them, they are going to be a lot of fun to paint no doubt.

Do you have many of the Raging Heroes releases in your collection?
