Another Reason from Willy Miniatures to Shout Trooooll!!

Yes there are more Snow Trolls out there on the horizon, but this ones stumbling around in the Fantasy Football stadiums from Willy Miniatures...
This is another Work-in-Progress model which certainly looks damn amazing. I love the massed plates of armour and bone against the shaggy fur. He actually looks as if he has suddenly spotted some poor Elf with the ball and is about to lumber forwards under the encouraging shouts of his team mates.
How many of you abused the Throw Team Mate rule in Blood Bowl with some Trolls?
This will definitly make a great mini (big foot/yeti-ish ?). Not too “football player” looking so far, so usable in other games. I guess it’s on a 25mm base ?
The armour stops this being a good wild troll in something like a random RPG encounter but I agree it doesn’t absolutely have to be for Blood Bowl – with the kind of roughly crafted armour it’s wearing an orc army might be a good fit for it, perhaps as a bodyguard for the warboss. I think it would work with the dark humour of WHFB because it looks bestial while having funny touches like the cartoonishly oversized arms and bulbous nose.
In my opinion that sculpt has rather cartoony look in it. How ever that said that armor has some nice detail.
It looks a little like that troll os trying to pass itself of as a minotaur.
