TTCombat’s 2019 Rumbleslam & Carnevale Event Exclusives!

TTCombat is going to be attending a bunch of events this year including UK Games Expo this week and Origins soon after. So, with that in mind, they're getting ready to show off some show exclusive models for both Rumbleslam and Carnevale.
We start out with a new Board Babe for use in games of Rumbleslam above. Otherwise known as the Brains Babe this lady is out there to eat your flesh and let you know how long you've got left in the game.
She actually comes with a board which has an option for removable round numbers, meaning you can get stuck in with the magnets and change it dynamically during the game.
Seek Out Illness
As well as this Board Babe for use in Rumbleslam we also have a new model coming out for those that like Carnevale. You've seen the Plague Doctor; this is the Plague Doctoress (apparently this is a real word now).
She is looking awesome and incredibly sinister whatever word you use to identify her. I love the swirling cloak and the bone-white mask poking out from under that dark hat.
Because TTCombat are nice people, both of these special event miniatures will also be available online via their webstore as well as at UK Games Expo for those that can't make it to the event in Birmingham.

I like the plague doctoress
About the doctoress maybe it’s because it’s carnevale and take the italian of dottore (male) and dottoressa (female)
In Latin, the word “doctor” is gendered male. The equivalent female term is “doctrix”. When the “rix” ending migrates into English it tends to get softened to “ress” (think actress, stewardess, seamstress).
So, while in English we don’t gender the word doctor, if we were going to, doctress would probably be how we’d do it.
Great models like the Doc best.
The female doctor looks very good, will just have to try and pick her up (oooh er) when available
