TTCombat has been previewing a selection of brand new miniatures over the last few days. Whilst Games Workshop is obsessed with Dwarves in space, they are looking at bolstering the forces of the Halflings in the dark expanse of the galaxy.

Halfling Commander #1 - TTCombat

This new Sci-Fi range is going to be as in-depth as the range they created for their Fantasy Halflings. As you can see above, you have bellowing characters that are going to be forcing other tubby soldiers into the heart of battle and some core infantry too.

Halfling Banner Bearer - TTCombat

This is just a little slice of what the folks at TTCombat have got coming up. Essentially, if you can think of a unit from the Imperial Guard/Astra Militarum armies of old, TTCombat has made a unit to match up with that. That means Regimental Banner Bearers, Psychics, Commanders, Tanks and more.

One of the coolest additions to the range comes in the form of these Drones. Armed with an array of interesting weapons, they could be good stand-ins for those looking to change up Sentinels within their Astra Militarum army.

The tanks that are also on the horizon have actually been sculpted by David Lewis who a lot of folks will know put his hand to the amazing Dropzone and Dropfleet range.

Customisable Tanks - TTCombat

Whilst these might be useful for those Halfling armies heading out onto Sci-Fi battlefields, they could also be a good option for regular human armies too. They look very, very cool and it would be a nice way to spice up your army and create a point of difference between you and your opponents/friends.

The collection is going to be fascinating when it all lands on their webstore. Thankfully you won't have long to wait and I would love to see people dropping these in alongside their actual Games Workshop models for scale.

Watch out for these releases coming up this week!
