The Victrix Team Working On New Late Roman Archers

Victrix Limited are going to be expanding on their Historical collection with some new 28mm Late Roman Archers for those seeking to defend a faltering empire. Take a peek at an early look at some of the miniatures below...

Late Roman Archers // Victrix Limited

These archers have been designed to use as skirmishers or to form up in ranks at the rear of your army. As well as the standing archers you see here, the folks at Victrix are going to be sculpting kneeling front rank spearmen.

This means that you can combine these with the Unarmoured Spearmen set from Victrix to create a nice shieldwall. I think that would look particularly evocative when put together on the battlefield.

There will also be additional extras in this set. You'll find extra weapon arm options and conversion heads that allow you to make them archers from different nationalities. More previews for this unit are on the way so keep an eye out!
