Previewed earlier this month, we're soon going to be seeing the deadly Asajj Ventress making a name for herself on the tabletop in Star Wars: Legion. A new Atomic Mass Games Operative Expansion is on the way for this killer apprentice in the service of the Sith and the Separatist Alliance.

According to some folks online, we should be seeing this miniature land (in the UK at least) around mid-March. She uses her duel curved lightsabers effectively thanks to her Jar’Kai fighting style. The miniature is posed in such a way as to suggest she's right in the midst of a fight, bringing her weapons together to cut her foe down.

I think they've managed to capture the look and feel of Ventress well here, taking her appearance from the cartoons and making it feel a bit more realistic. It works well with Legion's aesthetic and I'm sure a fair few Clone Wars-era wargamers will be picking her up. Perhaps you could include her in a force alongside Dooku himself?

The stoic veteran and the impetuousness of youth. Asajj Ventress is one of those characters that I'm happy to see getting added into the mix for Legion. She has some awesome story arcs in the cartoons and it will be fun to see folks perhaps replaying those on the tabletop.
