Created by Ramy Badie, the man behind Unstable Unicorns, Here To Slay is a new competitive card game of monster-slaying cuteness.

Here To Slay - Ramy Badie

This game is a strategic card game of adventure for two-to-six players where you build up a team of heroes, slay monsters and try and sabotage your friends in the process. You'll assemble your team, equip them with magical items, get stuck into clashes with monsters and other players as well as trying to balance the odds in your favour.

The Kickstarter version of the game builds on things with some great components like standees to represent your heroes and those rather awesome full-art playmats which keep all of your player options in one place.

Throughout the game you will be spending your actions points to draw and play cards, use the abilities on your hero cards and of course...slay monsters! The game seems simple enough that it should work for a wide range of players and this is a pretty nice step up when compared to the very casual Unstable Unicorns.

I could see this appealing to those who like games like Munchkin or Cutthroat Caverns. I think the fluffy aesthetic of the game might also soothe the burns as all of the other players dive in and try and screw you over!

So, are you tempted by this one?
