The Tidal Blades Universe is growing even further! Starting adventures with Druid City Games in Heroes on The Reef, mustering the courage to win the tournament to become a Tidal Blade. Onto the second instalment recently on crowdfunding with Tidal Blades 2: Rise of the Unfolders, taking those heroes off the reef and into a narrative-heavy dungeon-crawler, and moving on to the Role Playing Game for players to carve their own story in the world of Naviri.
Although the second game and RPG have not been released just yet, not long being off of Kickstarter, there is already another Tidal Blades title in the making as Druid City teams up with another publisher. Lucky Duck Games are gearing up to release a new standalone card game title set in Mr. Cuddington's Naviri Universe. Brining Tidal Blades: Banner Festival to retail stores in the final quarter of the year.

Players must always be one step ahead of their opponents, as they open shop for Navirian folk to rejoice in the Banner Festival. The buzzing environment of the market, places trick-taking as the main mechanic. Players will be playing Merchandise cards at low mid or high value to bid and gain access to special abilities. The person with the highest card, and the familiar suit that matches the board, will foresee their watercraft running laps across the city, raking in points and placing all merch in the middle up for sale.

It's wonderful to see the Tidal Blades universe grow, I was over the moon hearing about the second game, especially taking it into a dungeon crawler environment across a storybook! With a new card game on the way, it's nice to see a casual environment of a bustling market show off a full perspective of the universe. A little lore and insight before heading into the RPG!
