Battle Report: British Vs Japanese Round One
It's time for a Battle Report as the Boot Camp recruits get stuck into their second game. Once again we head to the airfield table, where Ryan's (Ryanpowe2587) British are facing off against Philip's (Rahmich) Japanese in a 700pt Top Secret scenario game.
The first activation went to the Japanese and Philip used it to run his suicidal anti-tank spearman into cover. The Brits got their chance soon after and Ryan's forward observer called back for an artillery barrage to come in next turn.
A slew of Japanese activations quickly followed, with Philip moving his veteran riflemen squad and command unit into a bunker, before firing at the Brit's machine gun with his own machine gun team.
Unfortunately, he missed, and the Brits retaliated with shots from both their Cromwell and Bren Carrier aimed at the Japanese machine gun. Despite all these shots, none managed to hit and the rest of the round was spent moving troops into position.

The battles keep raging and tanks are getting blown up all over the place while artillery strikes come down like explosive rain...
After (Bolt) Action Report: Andrew & The Soviets
It's time to get stuck into the way the Soviets are playing this afternoon.
Battle Report: British Vs Japanese Round Two
At the start of round 2 the artillery strike the Brits called for last turn comes in and manages to catch almost the entire Japanese army in its 12" blast radius. Most of the units suffer pin markers, but the Japanese machine gun and one of the suicide anti-tank teams aren't so lucky, suffering devastating hits that sees them taken out of the game.
The Cromwell tried to follow up on this success by firing an armour penetrating round at the Japanese Chiha tank, but unfortunately this only managed to score another pinned marker.
Most of the Japanese managed to shake off their pin markers, with the veteran infanty and command unit in the bunker getting set for an ambush, while the inexperienced infantry ran up the flank to face the British mortar team.
The Chiha pushed aside a spitfire and returned fire with its machine guns, managing to put a pin marker on the British medic, while the rest of the Japanese infantry and the surviving suicide anti-tank team headed towards the objective hidden in the glider.

Settlers of Qatar?
Two of the Boot Camp recruits discover that they will both soon be moving to Qatar to teach. Maybe they'll be able to enjoy some Bolt Action while they're there!
After (Bolt) Action Report: Jens & His US Paratroopers
It's time to jump with Jens and his US Paratroopers as Justin catches up with him to find out how the next game is going...
Battle Report: British Vs Japanese Round Three
Things got bloody in the third round. The Brits managed to get the first activation and Ryan ran his infantry up into the glider to snag the objective. Just as they were celebrating though, they heard a cry of "Banzai!" from outside and suddenly were facing a screaming unit of Japanese infantry. The Brits didn't stand a chance and were quickly wiped out in combat, the Japanese stealing the objective.
Meanwhile, the inexperienced Japanese infantry had continued to advance down the flank, taking their chance to fire at the remaining British infantry unit and killing three men and their NCO who was carrying the sub-machine gun.
For the rest of the turn, Ryan poured all of his firepower into the Japanese vets who had snagged the objective.
The Cromwell, Vickers machine gun team, Bren Carrier and even the medic tried to shoot down the unit. Together they managed to take out three men, as well as the NCO, and put five pin markers on the unit, but in the end the unit was still there.
Everything hangs in the balance for the next turn.
John Gets To Play!
John manages to get a game in of Bolt Action with some British troops...
Battle Report: British Vs Japanese Final Round
The final round began and the Japanese still held onto the objective. Philip was lucky enough to win the first activation and immediately used it on the veteran infantry by the glider. However, all the pin markers they had gathered the turn before worked against them and they failed their morale.
Philip wasn't disheartened though and instead declared a Banzai charge with his inexperienced infantry on Ryan's remaining rifle squad. The riflemen fired at the advancing Japanese and managed to take out four, including the NCO, whose sword would have given the unit an extra attack. Despite a close fight though, the Japanese won and obliterated the Brits.
Buoyed up by the victory of the infantry, the lone suicide anti-tank team charged the British Cromwell with his mine on a stick. He was less lucky though and was mowed down before he could get close enough.
The British continued to pour their firepower into the Japanese veterans holding the objective, steadily bringing their numbers down. Still, they didn't manage to get them to budge and the unit remained in place at the end of the game despite having been reduced to three men.
Unfortunately for the Japanese, this was not enough to score them a victory and the game ended at a very hard fought draw. Still, at least the Japanese commanders managed to get rid of the Brit's annoying medic.
John Is Happy Blowing Up Soviets!
John gets excited as he blasts apart Soviets but he doesn't bet on not being able to take down the T34 after three turns worth of firing!

D-Day World Wide Campaign!
D-Day Campaign: Battle For Pegasus Bridge Round One
Chris and Victoria Goddard, with the help of Oriskany, are running a World Wide D-Day Campaign and we are diving in with the Battle for Pegasus Bridge.
For this, Commodorerob and his veteran British Paras step up to face Wendren's Waffen SS, fighting for the bridge's control room in a 500pts night fight.
For the first round, Wendren started with only one unit of German riflemen on the board. Commodorerob started things off, moving his Vickers MMG forwards to cover the bridge and moving his paras into position.
Meanwhile, the Germans realise something is wrong and begin to run on to the board and towards the bridge, while the riflemen who had already been guarding it run up into the structure for a better vantage point.
As the fight happened at night, everyone's line of sight was reduced to 12". This meant that neither player could bring their artillery pieces, howitzers and mortars, to bear at this early stage, so for now they focused on getting into the most advantageous positions.
Meanwhile...MORE TERMINATOR!
Alessio takes some more of our recruits through Terminator where soldiers are fighting equally as hard against the rise of the machines in the far future...
D-Day Campaign: Battle For Pegasus Bridge Round Two
With night fighting still limiting everyone's shooting, both armies began to move onto the bridge itself. The paras moved forward in tight formation, ready for anything.
Meanwhile on the other side of the bridge the full force of the Waffen SS had moved onto the board. The German command had heard activity on the other side of the river and went to secure the side of the bridge with the control room, while the infantry moved into position for a fire fight.
With night fighting in effect, Commodorerob will be relying heavily upon his Howitzer's spotter to let him bring his heavier fire power into the fray. Of course, Wendren knows this and will be focusing plenty of fire on the hapless para.
Night Time Gaming Before Food!
The last few games get played and recruits consult their rulebooks before tomorrow before we head off for hard earned grub!
D-Day Campaign: Battle for Pegasus Bridge Round 3
It all kicks off in round 3. The British paras move further up either side of the bridge, only to be spotted by the Germans lying in wait in the bridge's gantry, who go on to kill two of them.
Revealed by their muzzle flash, the second unit of paras return fire on the Germans and also kill two.
A German sniper team which had taken up position by the control room takes this opportunity to fire on the Brits making their way up the left side of the bridge. It gives them a pin marker, but unfortunately doesn't score a kill and is consequently revealed by its muzzle flash.
The British spot the sniper and take a shot with their 2" mortar. With a superb bit of shooting, they manage to drop 3 hits on the sniper team, killing the sniper's buddy, but not the sniper himself.
The British command run onto the bridge to support the beleaguered infantry on the left side, only for the paras on the right to start taking fire from the other unit of German riflemen, who manage to take down two men, including the squad's NCO.
As the armies advance on Pegasus Bridge, things are starting to get bloody. Be sure to check out the live blog tomorrow for round 4 and see whether the Germans can defend the bridge or can the British Airborne secure their vital objective.

warren you look rough as feck time for a good fry up me thinks
Hope you all enjoy the weekend. I’d love to get into Bolt Action but lack of pennies prevents me 🙁
oh dear he’s at the relentless…
Almost expected an LST to appear on the river hehe.
Hair of the dog!!
I told you about those drinks…
Those tables are awesome already – I can’t wait to see them in action.
i liked how john and the other reenactor just walking by in the background XD
I wish i could be there
Even just from yesterdays coverage I think I am going to have to get into this game. Really looking forward to todays 🙂 One of my favourite places is the Imperial War Museum at Duxford. I would really recommend it to anyone who is interested in WW2!
Duxford is as good a war museum as there is anywhere in the world. My brother had 3 birthday parties there growing up in England he loved it so much
Happy Saturday bootcampers and blog followers 😀
Hurrah for Bolt action. 🙂
Looks like some real good fun. Have yourself a great weekend of Bolt Action!
You look tired Warren 😉 sounds like you all had a good start for the weekend.
On one of the next camps, i will get my ass over the sea to join in on all the fun !
You need to stop energy drinks in the morning Warren!
I’d love so much to be there… enjoy your pew pew weekend!
I really like the look of this game and all the enthusiasm from you guys in all your recent posts are getting me into it. Especially as I came back from salute with shed loads of Mars Attacks stuff, I wanna try Martians vs WWII
Question is will the Axis and Allies forces team up to battle the Martian Menace?
Now that NEEDS second to second live blogging.
Loved the walkpast at the start of the video.
No attention drawn to it. Completely normal. Happens every day.
well 15+ years ago you would have seen real soldiers walking past all the bloody time
All I did was laugh when I read your post. So true.
Looks like a fun game. I must try it out sometime.
I love these live blogs, will be dipping in and out all day when I get time. Thanks to everyone for the hard work involved in all of this.

Looks great. Do a focus on the trees!! Love those 4Ground trees.
Im up early off to GM some pathfinder…….but I SO WISH I WAS THERE INSTEAD!! (and yea 11:15 is early)
Happy saturday guys 🙂
Hope we all enjoy the weekend as they seem to do at the bootcamp 🙂
I would have loved to have attended this one but as Fate (or the Order Dice or Destiny) would have it, one of the dogs was ill, so that would have buggered that up completely. But at least we can watch and follow all weekend. Loving it so far and looking forward to the rest of it 🙂
So far so good. 🙂 A-M-A-Z-I-N-G tables 🙂
The tables look splendid. It all inspires me to finish off the two squads of Rangers sitting on my desk. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
Happy Saturday looking forward to today and seeing all about it
Great scenery
Tables look fantastic, but lots of great attention to detail at the boot camp as well I see in the toolboxes, catering and having Alessio on hand is just the icing on the cake. Even more looking forward to the Infinity BC next month now! Good luck to all today, looks like it’s a blast 🙂
Even more gutted I missed this.
I’ll be interested to see how the Japanese fare. I’m putting some together today. Hopefully they will get a run out on Monday night. I’m going Veteran Grenadier squads. No armour just plenty of light mortars, Lunge mines and anti tank grenades.
lunge mines in my opinion aren’t worth the points, they’re a nice extra dice and an anti tank option but a machine gun (MMG) is more useful, if you use them keep them completely hidden and spread them out
I ran with three of them and over two games they took out a tank and a half track. I kept them close together, invariably the first one to move triggered an ambush but one of the others managed to get through with devastating effect. Quite how well they will do once my opponents get used to them time will tell.
The Grenadier squads with 3 light mortars in each squad were by far the best units I have used in the game so far.
I was not sure on the rules when one hits are all the mortars in the squad now hitting on twos or is it just the ones that have hit. We played the latter
Trees on my to get list
Day 2 bring it on!
Happy Saturday everybody!!! The tables look awesome.
What a job BoW, so envious of the guys enjoying the boot camp.
Have a great one.
Rubble mix and leftovers, I wonder what table the team would build out of the content of a burger king bin.
Great coverage, looking forward to the game reports.
why dont you guys do a livestream? just hang a camera in the corner of thr room and stream it via youtube or twitch so we can get all the action?
Looking good lads
Love the Boot Camps… great stuff guys, greetings from germany.
Sitting here glueing together my just arrived Blitzkrieg germans, enjoying the blog.
Looking forward to today’s games
I can just see Warren as Herman Goering complete with baton
the tables look fantastic! you guys on the other hand look ruff as a badgers arse lol heavy night was it? haha, enjoy your gaming campers!
Seems like a great start to the weekend. Enjoy the next couple of days – and next year I will try and join you! (This has to be an annual event!)
At first I thought this live bloggin thing was going to be fun, but I’m thinking now it’s more akin to torture 😛
Love the rubble mix idea.
Looks like good times 😀
Dipping in and out of this blog is a great way to spend a Saturday morning, sorry now afternoon!
good morning.
Gutted my phone battery just died watching the videos, ah well something to look forward to when I get home. A great weekend all those at the event.
I’ve been watching those fantastic tables come together and now I’m convinced: I need to try Bolt Action! I admit that I’m drawn to the Tank Wars, but I’ll check out that Demo Game Part 2 . Enjoy the rest of what looks like a great day!
The format of these bootcamps is so inspiring. Good job fellas
It’s insane the levels of work you guys have put into these boot camps.
*sigh* one day…. looks great, hope to come along to one in the future
I have seen this game a few times but not had a chance to play it. Love the dice mechanic for the game really good idea.
Great looking terrain.
Showing photographs of fish and chips to an English ex-pat is cruel and unusual punishment.
You bastards!
Just to rub it in a bit more…they are goooooooood 😉
Thank you Brennon. Thank you so bloody much!
they were
Ohh the army painter pop up is fabulous!
The tables are looking awsome, what an amazing setting to get some games on!
There was a FIREFIGHT
Lets hope one of my three most excellent comments nets me a priiiiiiiiiize! 🙂
I could just hear in the background the Justin/Director cueing the extras… ” Now the soldiers…..now rowers rowing 8’s… now the thoroughly average looking six counties couple on a stroll from the market”…. You guys could not have planned it better.
i think you should all dress up for the boot camps like tanker (whatsis name ) dave….joey……trevor …….trevor will do …..tanker trevor 🙂
The tables look fantastic with the minis on them. Great job.
the tables are a visual delight, the jeep and cosplay a great touch hope its a big success today surely looks like fun
Please please please do a live game
Day 2, here we go.
Have a great day guys
The tables are looking great.
Fantasic stuff!
That image (Justin Loves Army Painter) is scary…
Bolt Action seems to really be taking off in popularity. I know I’ve been thinking
about starting it.
I love that bridge table.
makes this game really hard to resist giving a go
do it, loved every minute of the 6 games i played this weekend even when i thought i was losing
These short videos at the beginning of the day are great as the set the scene for the day to come.
I’d like to play the americans
Ahh day two, now to watch some before bed and catch up on the rest in a few hours 🙂
Look great guys. Would love to have attended. But funds wouldn’t allow.
With no premier league this morning I can catch up quickly on the action!
Wish I had the time to travel there!! Looks awesome
Why oh WHY DO YOU FEED INTO MY GAMING A.D.H.D!!! it is so good and so bad at the same time!
Enjoying everything so far guys… Looking forward to the martian invasion….
You guys did to me again, going to have to get a starter set!
Amazing tables. Love the glider as well. Keep up the good work!
Great looking game would love to win a starter set.
I love bolt action. Really wish I was there for this one. Doesn’t matter. I’ll just impose a game upon the beasts next time I hop across the pond.
Ouh man, I want to be there…
I really do need to find a way to get to one of these events
Looks awesome. Warren – treat yourself to a new shirt ffs. :p
Things are looking great over there. I loved John and the para? walking past whilst Warren introduced the day.
Looks like you guys are having an amazing time…
Well, back from work. Time to see what has been going on over at BOW HQ 😛
And do some painting.
looks like a great game, gona have to give it a try
Those 4ground trees just make the boards pop from their color and shape.
I wish i could be there
Where’d you guys get the planes? Are the 1:48 model kits?
Looks like you are all having a brilliant time, I can just see warren wearing a uniform of the ll Duce the Leader. Also really like the Army painter pop up shop but it would be a nightmare getting one of them spray cans home on the plane.
Wow! DzC boot camp and now the bolt action bootcamp! 2 games Im really looking at getting into. So many good games, so little time, and monies! A starter set would be a nice prize. My birthdays coming up next month…………just saying
I really don’t need another rules set, but I have WWII figures sitting around unused at this time, and would love for them to have something to do.
awww wish i could be there,
bolt action looks good, i do have some Fallschirmjager from warlord, with a couple of guns and a Kettenkrad, but not had the chance to use them yet.
Tanks and planes make perfect games 🙂
And so very many other things…
Despite the Great Pumpkin level of sincerity of my desire to participate in these Boot Camps, the tragedy of geographic location and a career in Armed Forces make such rather impossible. Keep em coming!
Looks like a hell of a lot of fun being had, shame I couldn’t make it!
Now to build the house extension so I can have terrain and trains.
Excellent layout.
I just started playing but wish there was more support for the Japanese army in the way of painting guides and terrain.
Looks like a great day to be a toy soldier
Looks like its a fun had by all, and still going……
I wish i was there
great stuff!
Cool Day 2… I so want to get to one of these!
Awesome, wish I couldve been there.
Glider!
alll looks great whish i was there
That section of table with the planes looks really neat!
Now that looks like a proper day of wargaming!
got a feeling I’ll need to put an order at 4ground pretty soon for some trees and some telegraph poles
What a day BoW, enjoy the aftermath drinks and see you all again tomorrow.
Boot camp, yeah!
Those 4Ground trees look splendid indeed. Guess it’s time to send my old ones
into retirement..
Enjoy the drinks gentlemen
What a great day it was… can´t wait for more ^^
Coverage is so good that it feels like we are there with you all. Looks like such a huge laugh
Have to say I love the idea of the Japanese. The thought of charging around the battlefield trying to keep my blade wielding NCO alive and adding his extra different coloured dice just to see if he actually did any damage appeals to me greatly.
really good looking tables, job well done 🙂
totally not a gratuitous comment for the off chance of winning some loot!
I’ve been looking for a reason to get into Bolt Action and a starter set would be nice to do so with! 🙂
I’ve been watching these videos a lot to help me learn the game, keep it up guys! 🙂
Wait one minute, German Paratroopers uniforms are Shadow Grey? Well then my Steel Legion is already in the proper colors.
Hoo man i wish i could be there
enjoy the party guy’s
Looks great. At some point I need to play more games instead of just painting.
Awesome
Looking good guys!
I have a question, trying to ride between a Blitzkrieg or German Grenadiers – what’s the pros and cons between the two?
I wanted to be there soo bad but work got in the way. Love to see the sheer enjoyment of the participants and the massive work you guys put in. thats love.
But the best thing was the videos of the uniforms and the vehicle. That was super educational and something you should do more of. For real.
Keep up all the good work you do and send me one of those boxes my way. Im in the start up of introducing bolt action to my mates and so far I only have a small force for each faction since I have to make them both for demo games.
Cheers from Sweden
Who has the Blood angels wrist tattoo out the BoW guys?
Skynat against the nazi regime would be great..
Really great to follow this event!
Now it couldn’t possibly get any more worse for me..while you guys have fun with Bolt Action and drinks I am made to watch the Eurovision Song Contest…gulp.
That’s what my family is watching too 🙂
Very jealous guys, the tables look amazing and all those bolt action games… gotta get my bolt action fix soon. Looking forward to more content on this great game 😀
Looks like so much fun.
Love the randomness of activating units.
Easy to pick up and start, game mechanics are very easy.
Games can be large scenarios to simple skirmishes, add Tans and transports and a whole new dimension opens up.
Plenty of scope throughout the theatre to keep the wargamer going for a long time.
Great figures and models to assemble and paint.
Wow, i wish i could be there.
looks like loads of fun!!
Looks like another great bootcamp 😉
I somehow enjoy this bootcamp more than the previous as I understand more of it.
This has spurred me on to finish painting my Lehr Grenadiers, now I can start on my alternate WW2 Irish army. BEF painted in green uniforms I think , Hitlers operation Emerald plans are discovered prompting the Irish to join the Allies for D-day
Only just got back from work!!! I have a lot to catch up on
I’m all gamed out just reading all this
Wish I was there, it looks a blast.
Watching this has definitely created an interest for me to get into some WWII fun. It’s a shame these days are on the other side of the world from me or I would be signing up in a heartbeat 🙂
Must have been a great battle!
loads of fun
Wow, those tables look awesome! Looks like everyone has gotten a good day of gaming fun!
I will have to get some serious looks at that game in the future.
Yess.. this is it.. liveblog is great and its so much cleaner than last one. Much eastasier to read.
Looks like a good time by all. Wish I could of been there.
Have fun everyone.
Come on lucky 12!
I am really enjoying all of the Bolt Action coverage. I happen to think it is the best thing going in gaming. Not just because I like the World War Two era either. I happen to really like the core mechanics that Alessio has come up with(chaos/dice system). I am also looking forward to the release of Beyond the Gates of Antares which uses the same order mechanic in a science fiction setting.
I would love to have gaming tables of BoW quality. The minis I can handle. The terrain I am still working on. Great job on the tables as well as everything else guys.
Really wish I was there playing some games.
This is a fascinating boot camp. I particularly like the uniform overviews. I can’t imagine doing a cameo pattern on FOW 15mm infantry, but seeing the actual colors is a great help. Looking forward to more uniform overviews!
Show them all the power of german engineering
SPECIAL THANKS to Warren and Ben (Brennon) for helping us include and coordinate our WWDDC game into the Bolt Action Bootcamp. Also, Justin ( @dignity ) for the video shoot. And finally, Sam ( @draco ) for the great action write ups! Top notch work by the BoW team, earning the eternal gratitude of the players and coordinators of the WWDDC. 😀
Damn this looks fun!, too many games!!
looks like a blast!
Another epic looking day, well jealous!
that tank battle looked like a blast
Can you play scenarios like Where Eagles Dare with the BA game system? It’d be great to build Schloss Adler and fight through it..
Great to catchup on these as I work through my own painting challenge while you guys all sleep 😀
Again awesome coverage. Keep up the great wrk guys.
A very nice Pegasus Bridge.
Love that pegasus bridge
Loving the coverage. Keep it up guys!
I so love those tables
Have fun guys!
i’ve always wanted to get into this and flames of war, but alas i have no source of income lol
The team should do a hangover recovery special listing how each member tries to game following an evening of drinking debauchery.
Looks like a wonderful day you all had
Loving the uniform overviews, very informative.
I will eventually make it to one of these.
It looks like an awesome weekend, and the costumes added that bit extra. Next time dress Warren up as private Shultz from Hogan’s Heroes. What about somebody coming up with a set of rules for a 28mm Great Escape or Escape from Colditz game.
Warm acre games do Hour of Glory which is more than suitable for the job.
Damn my finances. If there is another BA Boot camp in the future, I have been told by my Mrs I have to go…. Mainly because she wants to go as well.
Cmon guys..wakey wakey!
Surely you must be up by now??
Warren as Sgt Schultz seems more like it than Steinerrr.
But I’d go for an American character I think. German Wehrmachts uniforms where tailored to fit and he could end up looking like a twisted version of Goering!!)
Sorry Warren. Sgt Shultz, not private Shultz. For those gamers who like mixing WWII with Sci-fi have you read Harry Turtledove’s World War series of books? Tyranids in tanks perhaps?
Impressive, nicely done.
Looked like a great day. Congrats on another successful boot camp.
Looks like such a good way to have fun, really considering getting into this.
Haha I liked the row team zooming by in the background in the Day 2 video. Oh, also, great job with this all!
Somebody spiked the punch? must be an Xtra large hangover brekkie this morn over there, wheres our updates 😉
Look`s like everybody had a fun day, but i think Warren had the most fun “1 becomes 2″……….
Now let`s behaving Sunday`s up date`s…………………..
What a fantastic day of games there and I loved the Tank Fest
Really loving the terrain here. Makes it look so good!
Great game+Great Boot camp = all sorts of awesome!
Excellent job guys!
why dont you record the whole pegasus bridge battle?
wow what weekend i am so gutted i couldn’t go just too dam poor at the mo 🙁
Tables are fantastic really glad everyone looks like they are having a great time 🙂
Saturday looked great, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I have one question:
Where are the Hydra rules for the Stug? I cannot find them anywhere! 😛
I can only hope that you are going to keep doing these botcamps, as they are really seem to be awesome events. congrats on the success
It never ceases to amaze me how much effort some people put into the board itself. I play against people who would happily put a couple of boots and some empty paint pots on the board and call it terrain. Your attention to detail is to be commended! 🙂
Looks like another fun weekend so far. Historical is not really my thing, but still highly jealous of you all getting a whole weekend of hobby and gaming!
Looks like it’s been a great weekend
I’ve spent a great afternoon following this. Watched every video, and read every post. Fantastic coverage. Felt almost like being there.
Thanks guys.
Poor iPad can’t even load the page you’ve been so busy! Thank The Lord my iPhone can handle it 🙂
Really cool
Awesome, wish I was there.
Looks like a fun day that as well.
Looks like everyone is having a great time… One day I’ll manage to be on one of these…
Another bootcamp missed! Next maybe next year I can convince the family to make a trip across the pond…
Thats Pegasus Bridge Scenario looks like alot of fun!
Great tables, its a shame the figures are not painted yet. Then it would look even better.
The gaming tables look fantastic
Wish I’d been there…
Boards look great. Post more pics.
So going through all the updates these lucky people seem to have had an even better time than before. Lucky
Looks like everyone is having a good time.
Thanks again for all of the great content.
The World of Tanks event looked really cool.
Loving the game mats!
Looks great
Looks like you have all had another great day – love the Tank Fest updates. Will have to try that out. The tables look fantastic. Definitely going to have to attend a future boot camp!
Fantastic work.
Can anybody link me to where you got the trains and rails from? Or are those the “cheap toy ones” you showed off in hobby lab or something like that?
yeah they’re the cheap toy ones £!5 a set, a simple ww2 paint job on them but hell were they effective, totally blended in
That rubble detailing is a great idea. Consider it well and truly stolen.
I have now managed to watch all the videos, and I have read all the updates on the three days blog, all I can say is what an amazing weekend. I think it is going to be hard to beat this boot camp and I wasn’t even there I can just imagine how the guys feel that were there…. Just a thought, perhaps you should try to do a final video after a boot camp with a short video comment from each player that attended, it would be interesting to hear each persons opinion on the weekend.
Thanks for the day guys!
Awesome again.
I like the uniform segments for the colors and details.
I have been tempted to get into the game.
Looks like you had an amazing day!
I was looking Forward to the Mars Attacks game? In the end no time for it?
It looked like a very good day
looks like it was a lot of fun as always
Looks like you guys had heaps of fun. I wish something like this was held in Austraila
had to be great fun!
now that was a good laugh, pity about the mess 😉
I hope I win the starter set!!!
Wish I could have been there… Will have to make one of these bootcamps some time!
Taking me longer than expected to get through all these posts (because you guys posted a lot :)). Been really hard not to just skip ahead to see how Mars Attacks turned out. 😉
looks like a fantastic day.
An awesome way to continue the weekend and having a good time!
