Ax Faction have put out a preview image showing off a pretty cool looking axe, but just what could it mean?

OK, so we have seen the axe, but just who will be wielding it? Ax Faction have some particularly cool fantasy miniatures available and the cool, flowing style of this axe promises someone particularly interesting. As does the quotation they provided with the preview.
