But your continual standpoint is, I don’t understand so therefore you probably didn’t want it in the first place.

I for one will never spend hundreds of pounds on something I don’t want, but I can easily have a lower opinion of said item after a number of years. Like somebody mentioned earlier circumstances, priorities, opinions, etc change over time with or without supporting or detrimental information.

Yes, some will buy into things for differing reasons, but who, apart from the well off, or mentally ill will part with large sums of money for something they don’t really want?
