Gamegenic is adding some new heroes to their roster of licensed Marvel game accessories. Targeted for Marvel Champions, they have announced a new series of sleeves and game mats ready for release this Autumn.

Announced at Gen Con, and followed up on the official Gamegenic Twitter, Gamegenic will be expanding into new Heroes aligned with the Fantasy Flight title. Bringing the likes of Spider-Woman and Venom to a sleek and smooth play area.

Starting off the announcement with upcoming Fine Art card sleeves, players will find Nebula, Gamora, Star-Lord, Drax, Rocket Raccoon and Groot. Perfect if you are currently flexing The Guardians of The Galaxy in hand. All are designed as part of an interconnected art piece. Venom, Spider-Woman, Captain Marvel, and Hawkeye have their stylistic superhero icons showcased to represent each awesome character. All to be heading to retail for $7.99.

Second to be announced, more sleek and smooth Prime Game Mats to enter the Marvel Universe, and add to the current roster of heroes including Captain America, Thor and Iron Man.

Matching the five designs from the card sleeves, taking away the Guardians of the Galaxy -  Venom, Spider-Woman, Captain Marvel, and Hawkeye will be donning their own mats too, taking their logos central to the mat for $22.99. Players can also get access to a 70X70 XL Game Mat for central and larger game space ready for release this Autumn for $34.99.

The new designs for the Game Genic Marvel Champions range have certainly come a long way, with a fresh modernised design and second wave of products. The Venom playmat specifically tickles my fancy!
