Avatars of War have added in more heroes for the Cirlean army. See what you think of the Major General and Great Broadsword leading your men into battle with pistol and steel!
Both of these characters are really, really awesome looking in my opinion and packed with detail. They would be perfect for leading the charge of your Empire soldiers in Warhammer Fantasy or indeed at the head of a warband scrounging through the streets of Mordheim. Of course there are plenty of other uses too!
I've recently just started reading The Blade Itself by Joe Abercrombie and this does remind me of the uniforms I imagine Jezal and such wearing. Very cool models!

can definitely see that being used for some empire armies 🙂
might even work well for cygnar or mercenaries too, with a bit of cunning conversion 😉
Good call on Joe Abercrombie; after reading “The Heroes” I started working on an empire army.
These two miniatures from AOW are really some of their best work.
Good work. Has anyone ordered from them lately? Has their turnaround time and customer service improved?
A friend of mine ordered some, it’s been some months yet and still received nothing. I wouldn’t hold my breath with these either.
Don’t really like these minis, the General is OK but will be a horrible mess to rank up, the other guy holding all these swords is a bit over the top. Oh, and another thing, it’s Avatars of War? I’ll pass!

Both of those sculpts look absolutly great.
Those look pretty good. A little over the top, yes, but nice sculpts.
I only own one AoW mini but it is of superb quality.
