Warlord Games are now taking pre-orders for all of their Judge Dredd launch products. The core focus of the release which is arriving later this winter is a new Starter Set called I Am The Law.

Judge Dredd I Am The Law - Warlord Games

This core set for the game comes with everything you need to play the game. You get all of those awesome tokens, a playmat to take to the streets right away, cards to use when tweaking gameplay and then, of course, the models. Kicking things off for you, you have the eight-person Block Gang and then both a Street Judge and Rookie Judge who can go up against them.

They could be your own Judges but they also would work very well for Dredd and Anderson. Also, you'll note the special miniature included in pretty much all of their pre-orders for the game which has Dredd taking on Death.

Get It All!

As well as that look at the basic Starter Set there you can also go all-in with a few different options too. The main one though is the MEGA ONE option which you can see below.

Judge Dredd Mega One - Warlord Games

This set comes with a range of different options for those who want to start out in the game. Perhaps you'd even look at getting this set if you are splitting it with a few friends and can decide on which elements of it you want to own. Here is the full list of contents for this particular set...

  • Judge Dredd Starter Game
  • Judge Dredd Collector's Edition Rulebook
  • Judge Dredd Special Edition Miniature: Dredd vs Death
  • Judge Dredd (foot and mounted)
  • Dredd: Street Judges
  • Denizens of Mega-City One
  • Block Gang
  • Block Gang Reinforcements
  • The League of Fatties
  • Free: Arch Villains of Mega-City One

So yeah, quite a lot of stuff! Of course, one of the key elements that you'll want to snag is the new Rulebook which you can also just get separately if you perhaps have a lot of older Judge Dredd miniatures lying around from previous ventures by Warlord and other companies.

I do like the new style of miniature Warlord has produced for this game and I think it could make the game and world very appealing for newcomers to 2000AD.

What do you think of the new offerings?
