Magpie Games Offer Up Free Avatar RPG Quickstart Rules!

Magpie Games has put offered up their Quickstart Rules for those wanting to dive into Avatar Legends: The Role-Playing Game. This is based on the fantastic cartoon series for Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend Of Korra.

Avatar Legends can be played in many of the different eras popularised by the Avatar shows. Do you want to fight against the Fire Nation and explore the time of Ang? Perhaps you'd like to wander the streets of Republic City and delve into the mysterious goings-on in Korra's time?

The Quickstart Rules come with a selection of characters for you to play as well as books of "moves" and such that you can do. The game leans on narrative and story-focused gameplay which seems very fitting for the Avatar universe.

As well as the options for players, there is a full adventure for you to dive into. The Forbidden Scroll allows you to dive in and tell a story from the age of Ang. Give it a go and see whether or not the game works for you.
