Renegade Game Studios have recently taken on all things My Little Pony, which means new additions to the tabletop gaming scope. With the announcement for both an RPG and card game title, there's plenty of joy spread turning friendship into magic.

My Little Pony: Adventures in Equestria Deck-Building Game is now available to pre-order over on the Renegade store. With previous teases to what we can expect from the card-focussed title, the game is now open to the public to indulge in a pastel-coloured adventure.

1-4 players will be taking on a new mission as their favourite My Little Pony characters, Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy many more, to travel through Ponyville on a cooperative journey hell-bent on an adventure. Players will be placed in a variety of tasks on the hunt for resources across the map. They'll be upgrading as their chosen pony's deck through the game, finding access to new cards throughout the quest and building a magical hand.

As the game is cooperative, players will need to appreciate the friendship from across the table. They will be tasked to solve head-scratching situations and must work together to gather allies, actions and artefacts to traverse further into a whimsical adventure proving that friendship really does create magic!

Renegade Game Studios does often provided promotions alongside their pre-orders. So if you want to solidify your order before the release day in August, you will receive a free set of meeples alongside your purchase, which will allow players to swap out their cardboard standees for beautiful in-game wooden meeples.

The game is set to be released this August, bringing a set of 130 cards to play, and plenty of sugar cubes to go around! The mechanic of working together to overcome missions is always welcomed in my house! Cooperation always ends up better than competitive gaming on games night...
