Attending games night for me, you can guarantee that there will be one Exploding Kittens title at the beginning of the night for us to immerse ourselves into the role of stabby-stabby competitive mode. Whether it be You've Got Crabs, Bears Vs Babies, Throw Throw Burrito or the classic, Exploding Kittens. These titles always bring the quietest of our bunch out of their shell and into full-frontal brutality.

Introducing Hand-to-Hand Wombat // Exploding Kittens

Exploding Kittens have a new campaign up on Kickstarter, bringing some more strange animals to the front stage in a battle of scheming marsupials, in Hand-To-Hand Wombat.

Players will be provided with a secret identity to keep away from the gaze of other Wombats on the table. They will be labelled a Good Wombat or a Bad Wombat. Everybody Good Wombat around the table must shut their eyes in hope of building a structure in front of them. However, there is a Wombat that wants to see failure, tearing down structures without drawing attention to themselves.

Players will then debate seeing if they can pick out the culprit of the disaster. The Good Wombats want their towers completed before the Bad Wombat gets found out and destroys everything.

Exploding Kittens is known to be one of the best Kickstarters, ever. Proving to be the most successful campaign on the crowdfunding platform, I am certainly interested in seeing how a wombat battle can unfold on games night!

If you are interested in the game, be sure to head over to The Oatmeal for delightful comic strip teaching players how to take the role of a structure building good-guy wombat.

There are 29 days left on the clock and has already been funded; given that the campaign was released today! For your chance to get your hands on some exclusive rewards, there are plenty of different pledges to complement the game. So be sure to check out the campaign before it ends and heads out to retail.

Do you think you will be able to outsmart your opponents in marsupial mayhem?
