Warcradle Studios have previewed the newest set of releases coming up for the month of September for Dystopian Wars! There are two new Battlefleet Sets for you to choose from for both the Sultanate and the Scandinavians alongside some bonus miniatures for the Union.

Abydos Battlefleet Set // Dystopian Wars

Leading the way are the Sultanate. The Abydos Battlefleet Set comes with a rather awesome hovercraft in the mix. At the core of the set you have the Abydos for which the Battlefleet Set is named. You can also build the Abydos as the Tanis or the Pharos if you like, giving you a few different options when it comes to the battlefield role you want these miniatures to fill.

As well as the larger vessel, you can also get your hands on four Mandjet which can also be built as the Sabah, Sobek or the Mesektet. There are also four Hashashins which can also be built as Kopesh and then four Scarab SRS to cap things off.

This looks like a great set for those that want to get a bit "weird" with their tech in Dystopian Wars. Absolutely laden down with weapons, the various Dreadnought variants are going to be great for staking your claim on the battlefield.

Scions Of Jutland Battlefleet Set

If you prefer to embrace your Nordic side, you can also get yourself the new Scions Of Jutland Battlefleet Set next month. This comes with a whole host of hefty ships including the Valhalla Fast Dreadnought which sits at the centre of this interesting armada.

This set comes with a whole host of fun options to play with. The Valhalla Fast Dreadnought can also be built as the SMS Skjalden or Asgard but you also have two Thor Assault Raiders (Loki, Angrboda, Heimdall, Baldr or Gefjon) and two Odin Reavers (Jotunn or Gungnir).

You can also get your hands on four Fenrir Hunter Submarines, two Valkyrie Hunt Rotor, four Hoth Heavy Corvette and then finally, two Einherjar Vitruvian Colossus! Those are some seriously awesome robots ready to smash their way into the heart of an enemy fleet.

If you're looking to kick ass and take names with the Scandinavians, you are going to want to snap this set up. I love the fact that in this age of guns and more powerful weapons, there is still place for a big robot with an axe.

Union Vanguard Squadrons

Capping things off for the month of September, we also have the Union Vanguard Squadrons.

My favourite miniatures from this set are the two John Henry Vitruvian Colossus. Who wouldn't want two big robots leaping up and getting ready to literally bring the hammer down on enemy vessels. You've then got two Akron Sentry Rotors, two Cheyanna Hunter Submarines, two Union Farpoint Sentry Platforms and two Valiant Fast Destroyers. A solid selection of units for building up your Union forces and perhaps plugging some of the gaps in your collection.
