Watching on twitch and super impressed again by what the guys have pulled off with the tables. Very much wish I was there. The game looks great and I will have to check out the beta rules.

I am very excited about Fabled Realms!
First exposire the Fabled Realms but the more I watch, the more I can see what the guys from 4Ground are on about with the change to the dice.
Kudos for that. I’ve seen enough game creators defend their babies come hell or high water and making a change like that after feedback takes an open mindset that gives me hope for the system going to the succeed.

Legacy system and campagn are the key that bring me to the kickstarter just after the quality of 4ground.
This game looks awesome!
Livestream is amazing. Just painting some miniatures while watching.
Looking at the Live Twitch stream and the massive amount of dice that seem to be required, this game is screaming for a helper app for the dice. I believe people would pay for an app you can have on your phone or tablet that would both allow you to roll dice and easier refer to your cards. It seems like it is a bit fiddly and needs a way to manage all the bits.
The app would also help in the card drafting as well.
App would be great but it shouldn’t delay the release of the game…

Looks like a very interesting game. The twitch cast has been a cool addition to the day. I’m thinking that new industrial terrain 4ground has would be my choice.
I have been through my Bits Boxes and discovered something horrific… I have arms, torsos, bases, heads, weapons….. but no usable legs… I have downloaded all the gear for Fabled Realms and will probably proxy some models in while I wait for my Bits Boxes to get “restocked”. So disappointed I can’t enter the comp for Kit-bashing, but then again, I am even more disappointed I can’t be at this event. But a handful of videos and content each day so swings and roundabouts. 🙂
Wonder when we will get the role-playing game? I read want to read up on all the lore plus play the game that Cad and Ben etall have been playing for the last 15yrs. Also where did you get the resin boats?
Ya, what is the time frame for the RPG rules? The foreground guys have talked about it but I don’t recall a ballpark estimate.

Ok I’m seeing a distinct bearded format to this particular event. I think some of them may be taking the traditional gaming term ‘beardy bloke’ a bit too seriously. Glad to see the shaven headed look is also making a comeback…I may yet become trendy if thats the case.

Two comments:
Custom Dice (sounds like you are making them). Color blind (like myself) will struggle with all those slightly different shaded dice. Please make the icons on the different colored dice unique. This will help us ID the dice quicker and make less mistakes.
I’m getting the impression that range is a bit too powerful even with the extra cost. Granted it was powerful and is in most RPG’s and fantasy games.
Maybe add in Tower Shields that warbands can pick up. Add’s better defense against range but weaker against melee. This could help out those forces that have a hard time overcoming range combat.
I agree about range weapons seems to be very good.
But it is very difficult to make a game where range and close combat are equally effective.
Moreover, history show us that ranged weapon are more effective 😉
Maybe add a yellow for every 8 inches? Does small terrain help add dice and can you hit the deck making you either a harder Target or add dice if behind terrain?

OMG this game is beautiful, everything about it, the models, the fluff, even the company that’s making it. I can’t wait to start a mercanary privateer crew of goblins, is this possible? I don’t know yet but I want to do it anyway!

With the great looking dice trays 4ground made they should be using those instead of the bland dice box. Highlights Jared’s work and they are very portable
