Spectre Miniatures have shown off a rather awesome new selection of models for use with scenarios. Both their Vehicles section and Scenario Miniatures ranges have grown allowing you to fight out a battle around a motorcade...

Vehicles

The two versions of the Sports Utility Vehicle or SUV that they have added are both the Offroad Spec and Urban Spec types. Both of them are for very different environments and I can imagine a security force has put a lot of thought into which vehicles are taken out onto the road.

I could imagine the Offroad Spec is meant for the roads of somewhere like Africa or the Middle-East. The Urban Spec version however is for deeper inside the city within those countries or maybe even somewhere in Europe.

Scenario Miniatures

Adding to that, and to give those vehicles a purpose, are the scenario miniatures you see below. The first of these are the targets themselves which include the Sheik, Banker and Blackmailer who all need protecting...

It's great that Spectre are delivering models like this so that you know exactly where you need to go in order to pick up some interesting civilian characters. These are always the kind of models who just end up being represented by counters on the tabletop usually.

Protecting them are the Close Protection Agents who have a rather intimidating looking suited and booted team and then a team where the doo-doo has hit the fan and they've armoured up for a fight.

These kind of soldiers are usually South African, I bet they are South African. Either that or they are an elite German unit. I think I need to stop watching spy and/or action movie thrillers.

Will you be grabbing these models?
