Flags Of War are back on Kickstarter once again with another project helping to expand the range of miniatures available for their 28mm Historical wargame, Border Wars: Under A Reiver Moon.

As mentioned over on the Kickstarter, Iain McDonald of Flags Of War has always wanted to add a whole host of miniatures to the game and this campaign looks to address that. A lovely thirty-six new miniatures are set to be added to the game via this Kickstarter with the funding format also helping with the cards and additional bits and pieces needed to get them to the tabletop.

Miniatures for this Kickstarter including conversions of the initial Families from Border Wars that are now Mounted and On Foot as well as new Broken Men (Mounted and On Foot). You'll also be able to get some Reivers "on the loot" as well as a March Warden and support. There will also be the Houndsman (Mounted and On Foot) with a pack of Sleuth Hounds!

A great set of miniatures that are all 28mm in scale and will land on your painting table in lovely hefty metal. I love the character of the sculpts from Flags Of War and it's also a period of history which is ripe for storytelling and building your own narrative. With plenty of murky opportunities for backstabbing, raiding and general mayhem, you can dive into some great campaigns with Border Wars: Under A Reiver Moon and make a name for your various miniatures!

When it comes to pledging for this new Kickstarter, you can either go with the big bundle and snag it all or opt for the Flexi Pledge where you can pick and choose what you like. As long as you get some miniatures with your pledge, you'll also get this lovely free Minister miniature.

He seems particularly annoyed that someone has rampaged into his village and is looking to cause chaos in the churchyard. Loads of additional miniatures are also available from Flags Of War and the Kickstarter including the Starter Set, animals (to raid!), tokens, rulebooks and the rather awesome Envoy's Party which you need to check out.
