This project has been in the works for a little while. Previews have been popping up over the last few months showcasing all sorts of renders and test miniatures and it seems like there is quite a lot coming out of this campaign!

Uesugi Kenshin - FireForge Games

Obviously, things have been somewhat delayed from the May start that they were hoping for but it seems like there will finally be a chance to snap up some of these characters and troops in July. They really have hit all of the touchstones of Samurai warfare on the tabletop it seems with notable characters and plenty of core troops.

Your core Samurai troops are on the way alongside the likes of Ashigaru, mounted Samurai and more. If the kits turn out like their previous ones for Fantasy and Medieval wargaming then I think folks could be on to a winner with this range. There are usually quite a few options on their kits as well for those who like tinkering.

We even get a look at one of the early test miniatures from the range here.

Sengoky Jidai Plastic Miniatures - FireForge Games

These are obviously early versions of the miniatures but you can see how much detail has been worked into them at this stage. If the campaign funds, this should offer up a neat range of miniatures for folks to use across all manner of games. I could see folks being on board with these for Clash Of Katanas of course to name but one game!

Keep an eye out for the project launching soon!
