Fragging Unicorns Games have begun to delve into the background and lore for their game, Gangs Of The Undercity. Their world is one crafted by a fusion between magic and science and yet there are many similarities to our own world too. Find out more in the first Subversive Arcana episode below...

This video is the first of many exploring the background and lore of their game as well as the roleplaying game Subversion. In it, we learn about how the world came to be the way it is and the broad strokes that blend their Fantasy lore with history from our own world. This is a neat way to get people invested in a game, using things we know and understand as an anchor point before exploring more complex elements of the game's lore.

It gives the world much more legitimacy and means that you start to understand more of the dynamics between the characters, races and factions you'll be encountering when you play.
