Ouroboros Miniatures have taken to Kickstarter with two bespoke Dragon Master Busts that they've been working on for a while, sculpted by Radmir Achmentov based on the artwork by Denis Zimin.

Dragon Masters Kickstarter - Ouroboros Miniatures

The team has created both a Male and Female Dragon Master for you to use when you have time for some painting. The first is the male character, Karadhran.

We saw previews of this fellow in the past, an awesome Elf who has clearly managed to tame and control many a Dragon in his time. I love the style of the armour and it very much reminds me of the look of Elves from World Of Warcraft and Dragon Age to a degree.

Here you can see how the initial cast has come out before it has been cleaned. I think you'd agree that it's looking very stylish even at this stage.

The second character is Ciadrin here, the female character from the campaign with her small but equally deadly looking dragon perched on her shoulder.

It is a slight shame that they've gone for the pin-up look here for her as a fully armoured version of Ciadrin to match the male model would have been pretty superb. However, this clearly works for a lot of people and when it comes to painting, you're going to have a lot of ways to test your skills.

Once again, here is the initial master showing off the progress they've made so far.

I like what they've done here despite some of the obvious problems with representation and I approve of Ouroboros running these small, compact campaigns which focus on getting a few very high-quality pieces into the mix.

Are you going to be getting stuck into this and picking up one or maybe both of these characters?
