The Scorched Rampage Across The Wasteland In Modiphius’ Fallout
May 13, 2025 by brennon
Modiphius introduced a couple of new sets for those looking to head out into the Wasteland with Fallout: Wasteland Warfare and Fallout: Factions. The Scorched are going to hunt you down and drag you off!
Scorched - The Horde // Fallout
This continues the releases for the Appalachian saga when it comes to the Fallout universe on the tabletop. They are riddled with a sickness that starts with a charring of the skin and the choking stench of ash. It finally ends with bright, green crystals ripping through the skin and the mind of the plagued being wiped away. They become one with the Scorched!
The set comes with six 32mm high-quality resin miniatures for the Scorched Horde. This gives you a selection of unfortunates who have been afflicted by the terrors of the Appalachians.
Scorchbeast Queen!
As well as the Scorched Horde, you can also get your hands on the Scorchbeast Queen that will be swooping in from on high and lifting people off to its lair somewhere in the mountains or the ruins of a forgotten building somewhere.
Scorched - Scorchbeast Queen // Fallout
The progenitor of the Scorched Plague, this creature can use its terrible sonic roar to stun its foes before it closes the distance. Even when above in the clouds, radioactive particles fall from its form like a toxic mist, so you can't escape its influence.
This is another high-quality resin miniature that comes with a full scenic base. It also comes with an optional head so you can maybe get two and turn them into a King and Queen. It stands at a terrifying 23cm tall from base to wing tip when fully assembled.
Are you going to be picking up these miniatures for Fallout?

Don’t know if it’s the paintjob or the sculpt of the Scorchbeast Queen but these models don’t do it for me. Which is weird as I love me some Fallout.
Totally agree, I’m not a fan of the sculpt of the Scorch Queen. Reminds me of those cheap halloween rubber bats you used to get or a Schleich toy/model.
They seem … odd.
In other news Amazon has announced a third season for the show with 2nd season starting in December. So that’s cool. I enjoyed the show a lot. Never played the game, oddly.
Where does all the awesome terrain come from – the mobile home, the picnic table with umbrella? Is it commercially available?
