Papierschnitzel is a company that is developing neat papercraft terrain which can be printed off at home and popped together with ease. Their latest release is for the Samurai Village and the first set is available now on their website and on DriveThruRPG.

Papierschnitzel - Samurai Village Builder #1

The buildings provided help you create the start of a small rural village with the option to make removable roof sections so you can play around inside them too. You will also find alternative print options as part of the download.

Papierschnitzel - Samurai Village Builder #2

The set also folds down so that you can store it flat, which is always a big bonus when it comes to terrain when it can take up SO much space in a collection. If this has caught your eye then make sure to watch out for their second set which comes with more complicated buildings, scheduled for release in the near future.

Papierschnitzel - Samurai Village Builder II

We're seeing a lot of focus towards Samurai games and models at the moment, so if you're playing something like Kensei, Torii or Test Of Honour it could be a good shout to pick up some of this inexpensive terrain.

What do you think?
