The official countdown is on for the next Kickstarter from Impudent Mortal. RUST is slated to launch on October 5th and promises to bring some fantastic 28-35mm post-apocalyptic terrain that will be colored and ready to use when you complete the build.

Perhaps more importantly, at a price point, that won't break the bank!

The RUST project comes with precut and colored adhesive transfers that you apply throughout the assembly process so you end up with ready to use terrain.

Of course, you always have the option for weathering and washing if you'd like after simply applying a few coats of a clear, acrylic matte finish - which will also help protect your terrain and ensure the quality of transfers.

Impudent Mortal has offered pictures of two more pieces from the project this week, the Tank Set and a really awesome wasteland play mat that printed on durable, mousepad material and comes in its own carrying case.

This is one of those great additions to a Kickstarter that not only sets the perfect scene for the terrain that's within the project but offers a really versatile piece for you to use with your other games. And if that's not cool enough, you can get the mat in two different sizes - a 6x4 and a 4x4.

The Tank Set comes with a six holding tanks, three  4.5" by 1.5" and three  5.5" by 3.25", adding some great scatter and height variables for your table.
