CMON has been looking at some new releases coming up for A Song Of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. Some of these you will have seen before whilst others are freshly added to the suite of options coming up in 2024.

Leading the way are the Winterfell Guard who have been previewed before. They have solid attacks and a decent defence which makes sense for those constantly watching over the North. If you're able to control the Combat Zone on the Tactics Board then you'll get bonuses when they get stuck into the fighting. Control the Manoeuvre Zone and you'll be able to boost the Defense Saves. This makes them a good unit for getting involved in different situations.

The Stone Crows are a band of brutal killers fighting for House Lannister. You can even attach Tyrion Lannister to the unit for free. They might be prone to failing Panic Tests but they can also bring on new recruits who would rather fight alongside them than face their weapons. It's a good way to make sure that the unit continues to be an issue for your opponents.

Last but not least is Harma's Vanguard which can be taken by the Free Folk. They are a rare unit of cavalry for use with your Free Folk army, giving you some added options for traversing the battlefield. They can be used alongside other units to be part of a Planned Approach, allowing you to shield a unit from abilities before charging into combat.
