On the Sorcerer Kings side of things, you have the Sorcerer themselves alongside twenty-four Ghols and Rajakur depending on the way that you want to take your army. You also get a set of the three Steelheart or Windborn Djinn which will act as something of a hammer to the anvil of your infantry units.

This allows you to focus on the elemental side of things with your Sorcerer who can aid the Ghols and Djinn in battle. Your Rajakur then work as a bodyguard for her, keeping the enemy at bay. It's a good mix of gorgeous new 35mm sculpts for the ever-evolving world of Conquest.

On the City States side of things, you have an Ipparchos leading the way, thundering into battle on the back of their mount.

As well as the Ipparchos, you also get twelve Hoplites and twelve Thorakites alongside three Companion Cavalry miniatures which you can use alongside your leader. Hold the centre of the battlefield whilst your cavalry flank the enemy and get ready for a charge.

You will also get two Quick Start Guides for both First Blood (their skirmish game) and The Last Argument Of Kings (their mass battle game). So, as you build up your collection and get elements of it painted you can play some skirmish games before you dive into bigger battles.

Could you be tempted by this new Starter Set for two players?
