Rio Grande Side With The Druids In New 2023 Board Game

Rio Grande Games has been showing off one of its new board games landing later this year in 2023. Druids Of The Elements is just in the teaser stage at the moment but it sounds like an interesting one to keep an eye on.

Druids can be played with between two-to-eight players and takes around ninety minutes to play. You will all be competing to be named as the Archdruid of the forest and will control both your Druid of choice alongside an animal companion as you manipulate the forces of nature.
You'll be seeking to command the four elements of water, air, fire and earth, generate magical gems and then use them to activate druidic runes in order to succeed. Whoever ends up activating the most powerful series of runes will be named the aforementioned Archdruid.
We're yet to see components and such for this game but the idea of Druids and nature already captured my attention. Early days on this one but something to keep your eye on. Rio Grande usually publishes a solid set of games that would be great for families as well as more veteran gamers.
