Porsch light brigade?
Hi weekender lover everywhere?
Artillery X Mark’s the spot ?
Seeing the German tank set could be interesting to play the town at the end of private Ryan ??
happy weekender guys!!
Estate agents V Vampires is that not more a civil war game ??
Its offal I is an idiot an started to watch last weeks show ??
Looking forward to Port Royal
I hope to see some of the old Dwarf sculpts return for Warhammer: The Old World. It would be great to see them released with the Orcs/Goblins.
Blood and Plunder mordheim looks cool.
Is this were I comment to enter the contest. I’m new to this so. I enjoy Table Top Games
you found the place, feel free to wander around and poke in the corners
Have an amazing weekend everyone.
Definitely going to be jumping on board with Port Royal. Love low-figure count games and the idea of creating a nautical-themed Mordheim type board sounds excellent.
I am not too sure about the Infinity figures myself, but it’s been a long time since I played Infinity. It’s one of those games that I love the idea of, but I just find it pretty hard to get into. I played it when the fourth edition first came out and even then, I was struggling to keep up with it all.
JT’s Polish range was completely unexpected and really nice. The story behind the design of the sculpts is also amazing.
Also really interested in some piratical skirmishing.
he’s a nice lad as well, it’s sickening really 😉
I am very happy that miniatures of the Warsaw insurgents were created. They are very well made with attention to details
it’s a lovely set of figures
Turtles or Infinity…. Turtles or Infinity. Hmmm Turtles and Infinity!!
why not both?
Run the turtles as Morat space apes in the Combined army!
All hail the return of the Gerry!
Ninja Turtles!
People in our gaming group did pick up some conquest boxes, but it never really took off sadly.
Happy weekend! Wouldn’t mind an expansion to my Old Dominion.
I’m literally on the Crooked Dice site now. I have no self control around new minis but I regret nothing.
Top stuff
I like to see the Underworlds stuff coming back, but it’s a shame they aren’t all together.
One set of rules that would be PERFECT for use with the Infamous JT Polish Uprising figures would be that “Combat Patrol” rules available from Sally Fourth (written by Buck Surdu over in the States). A set of rules that you’ve probably ever heard off 😀
https://wargamesbuildings.co.uk/our-games/combat-patrol/
It’s a system that uses cards to resolve almost everything in the game (the only dice rolls are a D6 for each “unit” to denote activation order). You can play it at different levels, basic just has each figure having hitpoints, whereas advanced has hit allocated to limbs, torsos, head etc. The advanced level sounds overly complicated, but it’s all just resolved on a turn of a card. Although there IS a rulebook (PDF is about $5) available after a game or two you’ll find yourself not using it as effectively all the “rules” are on the card face. It’s also got rules for AFVs (so the armoured car isn’t going to be a problem). I’m a big convert to these rules, and we play either basic or advanced level games based on how many figures we’ve got on a table (advanced level games usually has us fielding “sections” as our units).
There’s some videos over on Buck Surdu’s website detailing play (and he’s also done and Ancients to Late Medieval (inc Fantasy) set of rules using similar cards called “Feudal Patrol” (although that one has a beefier rulebook).
https://www.bucksurdu.com/combatpatrol/how-to-videos/
Again heartily recommend these rules, they are a bit different from what we’re used to but they just “work”. Almost every thing is available as free PDFs over on Buck Sardu’s website, but you just need to buy the card decks (UK and Europe via Sally Fourth, link above and for USA and Canada (and RoW) from “Wargame Vault”
https://www.wargamevault.com/browse/pub/8966/BuckSurduPublications
Little Wars also did a review of the rules

Still unsure about the Torchlight Brigaed, I like the Silverstars particularly but I don’t play O-12 and that is a lot of money. Probably will skip this one.
another good vid guys. the port royal game looks interesting.
Nice one 🙂
have to say the Shatterpoint mini’s look nice
Wonder when we’re going to get minis of the people of Dresden, Hamburg, Pforzheim – or Nemmersdorf – or those aboard the Wilhelm Gustloff.
Happy Weekender.
Gerry’s right we definitely need crooked dice to produce not Just Yojimbo but also the rest of the characters from the stories
Lovely Warsaw Rising minis, the Rising museum is also well worth a visit if you’re ever in Warsaw.
Them Novac STLs are great. Need to have some printed asap
Superb prize!
Im only catching this Sunday night.Thats a juicy prize.
If Mutant Martial Artists want Martial opponents, While they build the range, could use Test of Honour Ninja’s and must have some Samurai characters in outlandish armour for Foot Clan opposition. I imagine 7TV have a Ninja profile detailed somewhere.
Im still not used to Jerry’s hair…
Definitely interested in the Pirate game though!
Was a little worried O-12’s poor showing in the last event would lead to them being sidelined. Happy to see the new models.
I’ve not gotten into Shatterpoint, mostly just due to keeping busy with other things, but I kind of want that Bad Batch set just to have and paint up.
Good God those polish are amazing
you can see why I had to have them can’t you 🙂
