Para Bellum Games still has some awesome goodies for you to pre-order for Conquest as 2023 comes to a close. The City States are getting a new character to lead the charge into battle alongside the Companion Cavalry. See what you make of these neat 35mm Fantasy miniatures.

City States Ipparchos - Conquest

City States - Ipparchos // Conquest

Shop Conquest @ Store.OnTableTop

The Ipparchos command your cavalry forces within the City States army. When deployed alongside the Companion Cavalry and taking up charges on the flanks and rear of the enemy, you'll be able to get the most out of your mounted miniatures. You can use the skills of the Ipparchos to outmanoeuvre your opponents and get the drop on them. A solid way to enhance your infantry force.

I like the rampant horse pose for the sculpt and I think the actual Ipparchos looks great too. He has a determined look on his face, gathering his forces for a thundering charge.

The Ipparchos needs cavalry to lead and here are the Companion Cavalry that he can command.

These are your precision striking instruments within the City States. They are good at operating behind enemy lines alongside the leader that we've seen above.

They are also really good rapid shock cavalry that can charge, withdraw and charge again to utterly devastate light infantry and send them packing.

Hundred Kingdoms Cavalry

As well as the City States, the Hundred Kingdoms can also get their hands on some awesome new knights. Here we have The Order Of The Sealed Temple.

I like the look of the Hundred Kingdoms knights and the different Orders that we've seen before have been excellent. These are no different. The armour design here matches up with their use on the battlefield as they are faster and more manoeuvrable than the knights from the Crimson Tower and Ashen Dawn.

With good defensive and offensive capabilities, they are going to be good to help seal the deal during the mid-game.  The armour on the knights themselves is great and I love how it has a little bit of a Sci-Fi vibe to it in places. The helmet designs in particular are very cool.

5th Anniversary Abomination!

Last but not least, we've got a miniature to celebrate the 5th Anniversary of Conquest. What makes more sense than the Abomination that has become such an iconic part of Conquest's aesthetic?

This is a 5th Anniversary remix Artisan Series resin monster kit based on the Abomination. This new and updated sculpt has a stunning upgrade and should be easier to assemble as well which makes all wargamer's lives easier. I have always liked the Abomination in the artwork and this does it justice.

Alongside the rest of the miniatures that you see here, this is available for you to order right now ahead of a release during January in 2024.

Could you be tempted by these new miniatures for Conquest?
