Do NOT Sleep On This! Infinity Creator’s Gorgeous New Fantasy Miniatures For Warcrow #OTTWeekender
July 18, 2025 by crew
It's OTTWeekender time! In this week's show, we have a look at the gorgeous new Fantasy miniatures that you'll be able to get VERY soon from Corvus Belli, the creators of Infinity. The Warcrow universe expands with The Song of the Dormant, which introduces TWO new factions to their skirmish game, Feudom and Scions of Yaldaboath.
Both factions are gorgeous and this is a perfect Battle Pack for you to get stuck into this Fantasy skirmish game, especially if you weren't taken by the initial factions for the game. These could be your next big painting project for the rest of 2025.

Pre-emptive check-in as sadly I’ll be busy for at least a couple of hours when the Weekender goes live due to streaming GW’s reveal video 🙂
GW revealing that they finally have figured out how to make a good game for their minis ? 😉
Rumour has it the Hatefuled Haberdasheries of Hashut are opening their gates at last….
That’s going to blow up all the budgets. All hail the big hats of chaos!
Just saw the reveal. They are awesome. Truly awesome…
New Friday!
Very much like this perry miniature skirmish in a box. Top idea 💡 done well 👏
I hope others take notice and run with this. I can see this approach working for wargames Atlantic
They did do a game in a box challenge so maybe
The Skirmish in a Box set does seem to give you enough figures for a Sharp Practice game if you like larger skirmishes.
Lots of great stuff again, the number of skirmish games is getting ridiculous now. But for most people they are a much easier and fun proposition
Warcrow is starting to tempt me into buying a set…
not gonna lie, me too, but the assassins creed animus board game is right around the corner so I’m holding out for it…
😁🤞🏻
Lambda is the symbol for This is SPARTA !!
I would be very interested in seeing more offerings from Spectre out of time rules
Muchos thankos!
Yay it’s weekender time folk’s 👍😆
Gerry will talk about them on Sunday I bet 🤔
Perhaps they liked kicking the guy down the well 😃
Brilliant 👍
The One Ring Starter Set looks really good, tempting, very tempting.
Never heard of This Bloody Ground before. Looks interesting!
My brother is still on the fence if he will get the new Warcrow set as he is not interested in the Yaldabaoth. The minis do look so good.
@brennon there are two types of materials used in the Warcrow set, the characters will be in the Unicool resin.
I know it doesn’t say ‘Uncool Resin’… but my brain sees that and thinks it looks funnier.
Gerry told me last week, when I mentioned the new Warg riders and Black angels are in a different material.
Ah I see – cheers for that
I have the original One Ring Starter and did use it, but I adapted the story to use characters that were not hobbits.
We prefer 1st Edition One Ring and had a good campaign once, but ended it at some point.
Tried several times since using 2nd edition rules and suffered a TPK, a near TPK and other disasters. Went back to 1st edition and that had problems too. Something is not working right for us anymore.
I have everything in 1st edition and almost everything in 2nd (Moria was last I bought and that’s such hard work to use as a campaign that I may never use it. I put me off.
Nice one:)
Am I the only one getting a “Jim Henson gone wrong” vibe about the Yaldabaoth warband? Why are they so fluffy? What’s with the sloth claws? What’s the Red Guy from Don’t hug me I’m scared doing there? I have so many questions…
Also nice design on Amaury, very reminiscent of Dark Souls and Blasphemous, but I’m more intrigued by his double crossguard sword situation.
the muppets are annoyed they’re not fleshcrafted monstrosities and are just humans, so they’ve gone full reaver. Cut bits off and replace them with prostetics and try to hide the fact they’re just peoples.
For a minute I thought you were building on the joke, but… no, that’s their actual lore. Incredible.
I still think “demon sloths” must have been the design brief for these guys. Or perhaps they wanted “sloth demons” and someone got it wrong (or extremely right) along the line.
Anddddd just like that, Perry’s Spanish / French skirmish box has been pre-ordered. Between that and Baron’s War, its going to be a busy winter’s painting.
Great show!
“On Bloody Ground” sounds like an unhappy northerner complaining about having dropped his sandwich.
It does which is perfect
I don’t want to play warcrow, I don’t want to play warcrow, I don’t want to play warcrow… I’m going to end up getting warcrow
Same. here, the only thing stopping me is the wallet!
Interested to see Spectre’s take on WWII command and control.
Crying out for Warcrow!
More Warcrow!
Saturday morning viewing sorted
Nice box
Good weekend to all 🙂
The lotr starter box looks great, plus the warcrow yaldaboath look wicked!!
Hope you’ll do some Lets Plays for SPECTRE game system soon, please 🙂
