Orks would definitely just use whatever is available … with a few of their own additions to make it better 😉
Nurgle and Tyrranids would simply infest & corrupt whatever exists which is its own distinct style.
Chaos probably doesn’t care, but I’d expect them to add a few shrines to their overlords.

Imperials probably will demolish any Xenos structures as it might be unclean / heretical, but there is a chance that they’d pick a practical method when time/resources are limited.

Eldar are tricky … given that they might not have resources to reconstruct/demolish enemy structures they might not do so.
OTOH … maybe they need to do it because they’ve lost so much already ?

That’s just how I’d see it though.
