MOMminiaturas are looking to help you build a new 32mm Fantasy army based on their wonderful Forest Dwarves, the Rangers Of Rillon. The Kickstarter campaign is closing in on its last week and there are options for armies both big and small in resin!

MOMminiaturas has been working in resin for many years and the quality of their sculpting and the finished product is top-notch. I have a few of their older miniatures and they are crisp and packed with detail. The same seems to be the case for these forest-dwelling Dwarves they have been working on that come in different army sets, ranked up and ready for a scrap.

Starter Set I // MOMminiaturas

We saw a few of these Dwarves pop up from MOMminiaturas in previews a couple of months ago and it's nice to see the way the range has grown since then. Now, you can get your hands on all sorts of different miniatures armed with hand weapons, spears, and bows as well as elite units like hunters, miners, cavalry and war machines.

Starter Set II // MOMminiaturas

There are three different Starter Sets that you can choose from which come with ever-expanding numbers of resin miniatures across different units. For example, the first Starter Set offers up your core infantry but the third one (below) introduces lots more cavalry and the stomping Shepherds. It's neat to see this nature-themed twined with the Dwarves as you often see them just in their mountain ranges.

Starter Set III // MOMminiaturas

As well as getting these different Starter Sets, there are also Add-Ons so you can buy individual heroes, smaller sets of warriors and even big monsters and war machines if you'd prefer. These can be tagged onto the above Starter Sets or you can simply put in the total you want to spend and pick and choose your way through the project.

I have a soft spot for treemen and so I am very tempted by some of these Shepherds that MOMminiaturas has been showing off as part of the project.

If the campaign can fund and reach bonus targets, you'll also be able to pick up new character miniatures and alternative sculpts through the campaign. I would imagine these will also become available to buy separately if this funds and does well.
