Elathain's Soulraid is one of the last warbands coming to Games Workshop's Warhammer Underworlds and the current wave of Direchasm releases. This time around you get to play as the Idoneth Deepkin as they seek to drag souls down into their watery domain.

Funko Games are beginning to make themselves a name for bringing nostalgia to the tabletop in the form of board games. With previous releases of Back to the Future - Back in Time, and Pan AM as board games, the newest release was certainly something that piqued my interest. I am ready to exclaim "Hey, you guys!" in my best Sloth impression, as we are joined by Chunk, Mikey, and the rest of the gang in upcoming title The Goonies: Never Say Die the board game. 

The days of Castle Panic... Collectively on Games Night training up our defence and honouring the castle's walls to stop incoming attack. If you are as nostalgic about Castle Panic as I am, you will be delighted to know that the Deluxe Edition is up on Kickstarter. Fireside Games brings fresh artwork, all expansions included and brand new and upgraded components to the campaign. Bringing the classic board-game-night adventure into 2021.

There is a new playable character coming to Bayou Bash, and Wyrd Games have announced their actions and outcomes of brutality for the upcoming title. 

Naruto Ninja Arena by Don't Panic Games is now available, and the quirky card game allows players to hack and slash their way to glory within the Ninja Arena. Only taking roughly 15 minutes to play, Naruto Ninja Arena emulates the battle style mechanics of your favourite characters and brings them alive on the table.  

We have all realised by now, that I am mad about anything with animals or nature embedded in to it. Which is why Kickstarter has become my go-to place to search for new board and card games with any type of critter involved.

Steamforged Games have been renowned for converting Video Gamers to Tabletop Gamers. With massive titles such as Monster Hunter World The Board Game, Dark Souls the Board Game and so many more - Steamforged Games sure do know how to transition those console dwellers' controllers to a set of beautiful miniatures.

Once upon a time there was a Transformers TCG which came from Hasbro, and fans were upset to see the demise of the popular title. But do not fret Autobots - as there is a new Tansformers-themed game which has been announced by Renegade Game Studios. Transformers Deck-Building Game is making its way to the tabletop starting with a brand new core set in Summer 2021. 

6: Siege - The Board Game, is the new Kickstarter project coming to the platform in Summer 2021 from Mythic Games. Based on the hit competitive video game Tom Clancy's Rainbow 6 Six: Siege, you'll take on a clash between Operators.

PSC Games has now launched their new Prison Architect: Cardboard County Penitentiary board game on Kickstarter where you get to set up and run your own prison. Will you be able to balance the needs of the inmates with the rising costs and escape attempts?!

Osprey Games are closing in on the launch of their new card game from Nigel Buckle and Dávid Turczi called Imperium. The game will be available to buy from 27th May 2021 but you can still get your pre-orders in for this Historical (and occasionally mythological!) epic right now.

The Descent: Legends of the Dark board game from Fantasy Flight Games has been looming for a while now. And every so often, we get a nugget and or glimpse of information telling us more about this exciting title set to be released this year.  However, Fantasy Flight Games have introduced us all to upcoming new game heroes. With a leader, a healer, a bowman, a magically gifted, an alchemist and a keen assassin joining the highly anticipated title, introducing the six new heroes of Terrinoth. 

Of all of the different board games I know and love, timers make me nervous. As I like to practice board games before playing others (to ensure I am the ultimate champion), being aware of outcomes is something I enjoy anticipating. But there is a way to make me panic, and that is timers. All control goes out the window and I turn into a frenzy staring at a depleting hourglass.  Working under pressure is prominent in Rush M.D by Artipia Games. Ahoy there Wyrdos. If you are anything like me, you will be excited for Bayou Bash to be heading over to our tabletops this summer. Now considering that I am a fan of Wyrd products anyway, the upcoming release of the board game is getting me quite giddy! Featuring the lovable rogue Gremlins and awesome mounts from through the breach.  This week, Wyrd Games have confirmed one of the newest playable characters, and taken a look into their perks within the game. The Rooster is ready to cluck its way into the race, leaving the other mounts at the start line.

Funkoverse is the board game where Funko Pop! Vinyls go on their own adventure. But this is not just sticking to their own adventures no, no no! You may have the base game for Jurassic Park and want to add in your game-play experience for Nightmare Before Christmas, or even Rick and Morty. Each Funkoverse game can be merged into something pretty wild.
